That should of course be Americanization, with a zee not an ess NBA - we will have tip off instead of ruck contests, last touch OOB instead of wrestling dinosaurs at throw ins, time out to stifle momentum, and blaring “music” when a goal is scored (though we sort of have that already at some games), and guys swinging on the goal post after scoring. And maybe even the 9 point goals from outside 50 that someone, maybe Eddie and Andrew Dumbitrio, a huge mimic of all things American, wanted.

Which is a very mixed blessing - it means they keep playing him in the ruck which stifles any learning of forward craft.

I seem to remember this being said 4 weeks ago. A rolling prediction? IMHO JVR should only ruck deep forward to enable the real ruck to set up a kick behind in defence.
