Yes. He appears to be “off his box” but it could be just his natural state and as I said there was nothing in the photos showing him snorting anything.

Perhaps, at least sometimes and not necessarily in this case, something else has very recently “gone through their minds”. There is no evidence (to date) that Mr Smith was actually sniffing anything around the time of the photo … but who, in their right mind, would post such a potentially damaging photo?
