  1. What the f@@k sort of journalist are you AD? Your comment suggests you have morals and some sort of ethical sense for your profession. You're in the wrong game.
  2. Let's hope the AFL are in a similar situation.
  3. I would have thought "The Castle" would be compulsory viewing for our yank friend.
  4. Sorry Redleg but the thread has gone off topic. I agree. If he retains fitness he will play midfield/ forward. I think he will earn a game in his own right but a bit of muscle and experience wil be good for Viney and Toumpass. We don't want that embarrassing ( no disgraceful) experience of young players being monstered (like Jack Watts was) in his first game.
  5. Bewdy Newk! Now you're a dinky di, dyed in the wool bloody Demon.
  6. What happens if you have no friends? Do you send yourself messages?
  7. Because I'm a big mouth and like arguing.
  8. Shite! Just read the last couple of pages. I need those guys that cracked the enigma code to understand this stuff.
  9. You're right DC I can write/talk nonsense that I don't understand myself. Is that the fourth plane, or is it too much vermillion?
  10. If you actually understood something Jose, why would you bother arguing?
  11. First I strongly object to having my arse called "dumb". Second, you need to understand the importance of "red" to someone of my generation. When I was young and impressionable reds were evil atheists who were likely to be found under the bed. Nowadays I constantly search for reds, under the bed, in my neighbours cellar etc. Who has ever enjoyed a decent vermillion?
  12. I have to ask. What sort of a "bloke" could come up with the word "vermillion"?
  13. I've been to training twice and have made similar observations (and had the same identification problems) as you WJ. One bloke who stood out for me is Nicholson. You made mention of him but do you put him in the big improver category?
  14. I am in awe of you JVF. Such commitment. (Is your partner's name Judy? Please, make it so, in order that I can say commitment over and above the call of Judy) To think I once questioned your haircut. A man who can knock it back. Our club will surely prosper with supporters of this ilk.
  15. I know you're not a fan BH but I strongly believe Watts is the man. He lacks in some attributes but his decision making and disposal is first rate. I have been a vocal supporter of his but he must step up this year.
  16. Now you've done it. You mentioned that which cannot be mentioned and, as a result........ ...... Stuie has gone and dusted of his sense of humour. Unfortunately it also needed a grease, oil change and update. But maybe one day he'll give me a stitch. Keep it up.
  17. I'm very touched that you are paying such close attention to my makeup. It is ,however, not "the same". Makeup is an artform that requires a deft touch. Your colouring in with a Derwent while biting your tongue to aid concentration is no doubt challenging for you, but hardly comparible.
  18. I hope you keep inside the lines when you're colouring it in Stuie.
  19. This thread needs to get back on topic. PS. to Biffen. Who needs Pfizer?
