  1. I hope we keep him-just look what has happened with the Russian.I sincerely hope he replicates what he has done.
  2. I understand your points. However the difference is this-I think he deserves a one or two year contract. One year preferable however 2 would sit fine with me.I do think he could play 3.Similar to Junior. As state earlier in another post- he is a very fit footballer and missed alot of pre season last year and ran out the season in fine style gaining two Bronlow vots in the 21st game.
  3. No- I see him playing for the next two years as a permanent player. A third year interchange or Casey. Fourth year doubtful to be on our list.Premiership player- I'd love him to be one --that would mean we one won in 3 years. GO GO DEES GO. .
  4. The Melbourne Football Club has been invited to play off for the Kaspersky Cup against the Brisbane Lions on Sunday 17 October, this may help a little- save up and go,http://www.melbournefc.com.au/china/tabid/16403/default.aspx for details
  5. I firmly believe we could overtake them on the ladder next year.If not I am sure we will be a far better team than them over the next decade.
  6. Looking at the 2010 list- what do you feel Casey needs to do to go further? These are my thoughts-- One thing,I see is to get all players onto the park.Players like-2 Simpson Scott 19/10/1989 196 96 Geelong (AFL),is he up to a full season or get rid of him? I think we missed a Waite Ben 30/06/1984 190 100 Old Haileybury for the year along with Stockdale Michael 29/08/1990 178 75 Gippsland Power.McDonald Luke 29/04/1990 195 92 Eastern Ranges played ok either at CHB or forward and could make a player. And with natural improvement from the MFC list,Casey should really look forward to a higher position next year. Hopefully with their captain back in the fold-Matthews Kyle 17/12/1985 178 74 Ringwood teaming up with-I think the recruit of the year-Nicholls Danny 02/03/1987 177 80 Collingwood (VFL)/Rowville,they will make a formidable outfit.May need a ruckman and a tall backman to add to the list.Your opinions please.
  7. Hey- they were great movies-Carry on's.I'm sure Jimma would have loved Steptoe and son as well as the Carry on's.
  8. If I was Harold Albert Kitchener Steptoe -I promise you one thing I'd toe his backside from here to Bourke.
  9. Billy, I am one of those whom think he can play on for a few more years. At least 2 or 3 and possibly four depending on injuries etc..He started playing football very late as a teenager which has left his body in quite good shape. Can go the year -shown by his Brownlow vote in rd 21 where he got two votes by memory, being the last MFC player to poll a vote in Round 21.Therefore he shows he cam last the whole season out and he is only 30 years young.. We need to retain some experience in the team and whilst he earns his spot- should be played.
  10. Got this wrong again.... we all make some- Don't get too upset.
  11. Goods points- could also be growing pains- I heard he had grown 4/5 cms.
  12. Fair appraisal- however Richitelli has just one the B&F for his club- surely he would be at 22 years of age ahead of Brock & Brown in the picking order.
  13. thank you for taking my age into account- I took an asprin rather than a bex.Didn't know theystill sold bex.Tiernan Stynes, Jim's son is either 5 or just turned 6.I do not know his birthdate. However ,here is a photo- and I will let a know all-sorry know nothing- like you guess it. refer to http://www.smh.com.au/photogallery/sport/jim-stynes-a-proud-career/20090702-d5v2.html?selectedImage=43.And just for the record, his daughter Mattise is 8.
  14. You dhead- he asked the kids age,I gave it to him.-I have just about had a guts full of you,you have become one smartrse..
  15. Go Sainters but the colliwobbles by 23 points. Hope I am wrong again.
  16. What the hell does/has this got to to do with this thread-King of the Dots? .Gee they breed them well in Tassie.
  17. I think you should stick to your initial thought- NO..... You bag PJ all the time- however I well and truthfully prefer him to Minson.Just once again WE see your judgement..I agree with TATU - we digging for GOLD not dirt..
  18. Well I feel you are completely right,100%-unlike me and some others.
  19. A very impressive footballer and promising footballer who definitely will make a list. A huge pre season will even bring him on further. He did not even train with North Ballarat - only picked up later on. Trained with BFL league team - Redan.
  20. Two bob each way Enforcer. I will go out on a limb and say- bottom 2-possibly both Q'land teams.
  21. Two years ago Brad Green held out for more. And look how he produced last year. Hope Bruce holds out and we get the same return from him.
  22. Jack started off very well but tappered during mid year and was just coping at the end of the year. Looked a little slow at times. A big pre season will really bring him on.A very long term player whom could be anything.
  23. If you had of watched the doco you would have noticed Jimma having kick to nick with his son,Tiernan, whom is either 5 or 6..a very tall boy for his age. OVERWHELMING !
  24. Gorringe is top class. However not overly tall- by memory under the 200 cm level.(198 cms- thereabouts). However, we have Gawn at 208 and still growing I here, and Fitzpatrick at 200 cms tall- whilst a decision on Spencer at 203 cms is still to be announced-I doubt if we need another ruckman.
  25. Please note I never listen -I read your posts. You cannot even get that right. Also note you have got your percentages incorrect- you stated-I'm always right, 76% of the time, therefore you do admit you are wrong 24% of the time- well I disagree- you are right 0.76 % of the time therefore WRONG 99.24 % of the time. This is more accurate.
