The whole point of a successor coach, is so Roos can train and shape he/she into a Paul Roos clone... Maybe we could have two coaches? Who knows if that would work... As far a successor... Id like to see more than one brought in... Why not Ling and Kirk?

I'd like to see a female coach (Michelle Cowan maybe) given an opportunity at an assistant coaching role next year.... Female coaching is a gold mine of ideas, waiting to be drawn from...

He has said he wants to stick around after he hands over the reigns.. This is great news!! He'll still be around the club and the players, making sure they are still traveling well.... This is better than him just handing over the coaching role and then leaving... For me it means he can still mentor the players, give match day speeches and make sure they are still up and about... Who knows it might be even better? Means he has more time to get into the players heads, and really push them to achieve....

Regardless of the quality of the league, 64 touches is a record breaking dominate display... If it was easy, then other swans players would have done this before...Would be awesome if we could snare Tom... He was a father son i think? We lost that game in the first quarter... We dominated the play and the doggies look slow, but on the score board we were behind... We should of been two goals up at the end of the first... Matt Jones has really stood up in the last couple of matches.... Jeez... If he learns to put away those goals that he missed, then we could be onto a ripping midfielder here....

Maybe you guys should contact the MFC, maybe they could help out with the finances here... Who knows? Surely its in the best interest of the club, to keep this site going!! and guarantee its online community will survive... With online communication being the future of business, this site gives a huge boost and head start in this area for the MFC... Maybe we could advertise the MFC sponsors here and sell MFC memberships here? Demonland is a massive part of the MFC, surely they could through in some cash....

This is slightly of topic... I really didn't want to start a new topic... On SEN they were talking about the raise of Port Adelaide... Most are saying that they are the fittest team in the AFL, and thats the reason for their ladder climb... In two seasons they have climb from the bottom to the top? Im always suss about massive improvement but for this ill pretend they did it legit and legal....lol If they are the fittest team... How did they do it? Is it possible for us to do this? Should we start our preseason now? If fitness is the key to success, why can't our team be pushed to that level? I say start preseason now... And let's make our players the fittest in the competition... Why not? What do we have to lose? Surely it will help with the tired skills at the end of the game...

lol... Frawley wont stay... Roos has him playing up forward so our defence can practice without him... He is as good as gone...

I happy to wait with Jessie... Give him all the time he needs... We didn't wait with watts and we jumped to early with the Trengove captaincy... Id say the longer we wait the better... Maybe give him two three game at the end of the year... And make sure he has plenty of big man support... Playing him without Dawes, Jamar and Fitzpatrick in the team, may lead to him losing confidence... He'll need a lot of cover from them, so he can ease his way in to the team full time...
