lol... This constant yearly hype of new draftees is becoming embarassing and boring... Every year we hear about these kids, who will be the next Wayne Carey or Chris Judd... Yet every year, hardly any of the hyped up teens actually make an impacted... Pfft... How many next Wayne Carey's can there really be...

are you saying we should accept the corruption because it happens in other competitions? That we should just watch the performance each week, like we watch neighbours... Personally id prefer to see legitimate results... I dont really follow other professional competitions, so i guess I'm alone in not seeing money corrupt our game...

lol... The AFL fix matches to maximise revenue... It benefits them to have strong interstate teams... We see it every round, but most ether choose to ignore it or are just plain ignorant to it... i dont think it lends to well for fans in general.... Our game was built on community and loyalty and the gradual introduction of money into aussie rules, has slowly changed the game... Its more a marketing business game now... premierships are won off field now, in shady back room deals with hand shakes and bags of cash...I'd be really surprised and shocked, if our clubs wasn't planning for his departure anyway... In the modern game all clubs should be planning for the departure of anyone on their list...

It would be a lot harder to find that much footy in a Melbourne forward line or back line, than it would in the midfield... I'd say that his style of play will only be effect when he's more mature physically... He's lost a lot of he running ability, because his hips are made of match sticks... I'm not sure we'll ever see the best of him...

could be a good rotating flanker, same as Watts... Just keep both at opposite ends and rotate them with the flow of play...

lol... I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Eddie gets a say in every list... Who knows the true powers of the stronger clubs?

Cameron would be a massive get... he is still young and regardless of his current form, he is still probably the best prospect young forward in the game at the moment... Id be more than happy for the club to through overs Camerons way... he would have every club inquiring, so I'm not sure he'll come to us... No harm in asking though...Richard Douglas and Brett Deledio are players id like the club to target... Douglas plays pretty much the way i wish Tapscott would and Deledio almost single handedly drag Richmond into the finals last year...

his debut was great.. His attack on the ball and man was second to none... If he could some how regain that form, he'd be in our best 22 every week... Unfortunately for him and us though... his hip injuries (2012 i think?) have stunted his grow as a player... He hasn't been able to find full fitness since... Id say his massive penetrating kick in his junior days, might have something to do with his hip problems and his hip problems will probably end his career... I doubt he'll be able to over come this..

Im actually really surprised and shocked that Drew got a week? Wow... Thats truly a ridicules judgement of what happened... Im wondering what he was suppose to do? Just lay there? Lake had full control of that whole incident, he could have stopped it by getting up... Id say he should take full blame...

the ASADA issue would be the only reason id think twice about trading for him, plus the bombers are a pain to trade with... I'll trust our list mangers on whether we go for them or not... Who knows the ASADA issue could be good leverage... He is a solid player though, seems to play a similar role to Tom McDonald... Probably a better replacement for McDonald than Frawley....

Seems most of the negative comments are based around one moment... He dominated Jones today, pretty much handed him the sub vest and his drive from the back line was almost back to his best... Not many key position defenders, destroy there opponent while pulling in midfielder stats.. Clearly opinions here are skewed because he hasn't extended his contract... I get it.. Its the old push him away, so it doesn't hurt when he leaves... He will be missed, regardless of any opinion here...

I'm not sure I'd pay that much... He's a talent and i wouldn't mind him on our list, he'd be a good get at the right price... but with him not playing for years and his knee problems.... I would only consider trading a fourth or fifth rounder... I suppose it depends on whether theres a bidding war not...

When Roos made that comment in regards to Scully, free agency didn't exist... Its a different game now and I'd expect someone like Roos to evolve his thinking... Its a new world and we will need modern thinkers running the show.. Surely you wouldn't hold him to something he said years ago? He also said he'd never coach again... These are just the names that stood out on the list that was posted... The only player there that id actually target and be happy to offer big money, would be Fyfe... Id also consider a trade for Mitchell and Casboult, if the price was right...
