What the hell does this even mean? People saying a player shouldn't be drafted because they wouldn't fit into the "culture" have either been living under a rock, or grossly misinterpret the club's culture as it is.

I wouldn't say Clark is a star. You can't just give the star ranking to a player so loosely. "Star" should be reserved for stalwarts of the sport, or especially successful players. Matthew Richardson was a star. He was a Richmond stalwart. Joel Selwood is a star. He's a champion. Mitch Clark is a very good player is a god awful side. Slow down with giving out "star" rankings to everyone. I thought we'd moved on from overrating our players?

Ya'all would do the same if you were working at the worst organisation in your field, with no improvement in sight.
