GAMEDAY - Round 21
yes. they are winning in the midfield and kicking goals. there is a clear correlation between our dropping off in the middle and opposition team's getting a run on. we give so much space and good teams open that up. good teams also know how to counter that through leadership, which was non existent that quarter. it is the usual suspects spudding it up. This has the hawthorn game all over it. huge third quarter.

Congratulations Bernie Vince on 100 MFC Games
ridiculous he was dropped to begin with, that he was playing at Casey anyway is inexcusable.
- Dees who may be gone in 2019

Run home to Finals - 2018
Ideally, 2nd, 4th, 5th or 6th to avoid having to travel to Perth.

Round 21 Non MFC Games
We can still finish 2nd. 4th, 5th or 6th is most likely but I can't see either of GWS or WC dropping. Hawthorn may replace us in top 4. but we get a home final.

Round 21 Non MFC Games
Why? Hawthorn and Eagles winning is dream scenario. Fewer teams in contention is good. Really don't understand people wanting Geelong and Port to win today.

Demons Player Rankings
Hogan's 2017 hurt him. I believe ratings are based on points over a 12 month period. If he'd played as much and as he has in 2018 in 2017, he'd likely be top 100, maybe top 150. Gawn is high because he performs so well consistently, had he played all of 2017 he may well be No 1.

Roosy on Dees vs Swans
we'd have beaten them when they were in the top 8. that is how the stat is calculated.

Run home to Finals - 2018
We play a Sydney team well done on form. An Eagles team without NicNat, Kennedy or Gaff. A GWS hit hard by injury. We could well finish 2nd.

Brendan McCartney & Cooney/Bulldogs situation
They beat WC in Perth, Hawthorn off 3 flags and the Giants. And then beat heavily favoured Sydney in the GF. All the while being heavily hit by injuries throughout the year. Hardly a fluke. Adelaide circa 1998 is what I would classify a fluke imo.

Round 20 - Non MFC Games.
How does this impact MCG surface tho? genuine question. they water it anyway. and it never looks like that during the dry of summer? also melbourne has had heavy rain recently.
