by the time he is back it will be 9 weeks! hopefully we get him back in a couple of weeks fit and raring to go for the finals

2 weeks ago it was announced that his injury was complex and he would be out for 3 weeks. By my maths that makes him due back in two weeks

Just a thought, could the poor kicking be blamed on having too much grippy stuff on their hands (Wilgrip?) to assist in marking? a couple of times the ball seemed to drop askew out of their hands. In particular I noticed it when Gus butchered a kick early in the first quarter.

You really have the sads for Nibbler today Ads. At the game I thought he was terrific. Covering lots of territory and really keeping pressure on their ball carriers not to mention that last goal!

In fact lots of teams have done exactly that against the Pies. The big difference is that they have run over to top of the others and we didn't let that happen

To be fair, if we had taken our chances in front of goal that we normally would it would have been a 10-12 goal flogging and we would be dancing in the Red and Blue streets The much vaunted kicking accuracy of the start of the season seems to have deserted us for now.
