  1. Agreed, looked under the weather
  2. Reckon he was harshly judged upon arrival at the club for the wrap around sunnies and the hair but he is maturing into a likely prospect
  3. getting ugly for the Aints
  4. worrying goal drought from the Milkman......
  5. Yeah, tenuous assertion CF. Funnily enough, Culley is named on the wing today. I love/d Sauce, I remember an excellent Gus and Gawny with him as a guest; but I would put JJ and Toby Bedford ahead of him for regrettable delists/trades
  6. Yes true, Max seemed nonplussed about it though
  7. At Mental Demons on Wednesday night Max stated that Petracca refused to meet with King. Speaks volumes as to where the relationship was at.
  8. See my previous posts. Mental Demons is a group of Dee supporters formed by Russell Howcroft and Don Mclardy. They met last night at Max's bar. Present were Steven Smith, Max Gawn and Nathan Jones. THey spoke about the club in general as well as the forthcoming season. A very casual but interesting gathering.
  9. Not what Steven Smith said last night
  10. SS said that they (the media) went a bit early . He also confirmed that they deliberately leaked the Kossie situation to Garry Lyon to get on the front foot.
  11. The Mental Demons function. It is run by Russell Howcroft and Don McLardy. They do a season launch at Max's wine bar and an end of year event as well
  12. I was at a Mental Demons function last night where Steven Smith confirmed that Waverley is definitely not happening and the Caulfield option is very close to being announced.
  13. Great news Ghosty!! #7, 17, 21, 29, 43 & 44!!!
  14. Thanks Jack, that news greatly reduces the injury list. #7 & 17, 21, 29, 34*, 43 & 44 Have I missed anyone
  15. Not really to do with this thread but I am surprised that the club has not got a scratch match organised against one of the other none Opening round participants this weekend
  16. I am going to a Mental Demons event at Max's wine bar next Wednesday. It was a good session last year, look forward to seeing the new chief
  17. Does 4-6 weeks = the first 4 weeks of the season? (2 weeks of pre season)
  18. You've gotta have a cremeux
  19. And a good read it is too!
  20. We got the best out of Maysie. All Australian and Premiership Player. Key forwards must have quaked at the prospect of facing him circa 20-23
  21. Hope he doesn't read this thread!
  22. Interestingly though neither of them were ever talked of as leaders of the club. Trac is a loss no doubt but Clarrie was out of juice at the Dees and is more than covered by Steele. (not to say he wont rediscover it elsewhere)
