  1. Has been that way since Junior left.....
  2. Mark Neeld: "I think the Pies have had 24 shots at goal as a direct result of us turning the footy over." Now, I think Neeld should go but surely he is not responsible for these players butchering it??
  3. The bit I don't get is this: We have 5 people who have coached at senior level involved with the club - Neeld, Viney, Craig, Connolly, Rawlings Surely there is some coaching talent there. They can't all be shiite?? They must have some answers?? I know Neeld has the final call as senior coach but surely all the others aren't following him over the cliff??
  4. In the past 3 rounds (9,10,11) our total score in the first half v our opposition has been: 4 goals 6 behinds to 32 goals 28 behinds The first 3 quarters totals are: 13 goals 22 behinds to 41 goals 40 behinds The three losses have been 83pts, 95pts and 90pts When is something going to happen?? Or do we blindly carry on until there are no supporters left? Bailey is a genius compared to Neeld. Coached with his hands tied behind his back and aside from 186 never had this run of losses. WTF is happening to our club?? When are people going to rise up and do something?? FFS we have left it to the Brown and Gold Muppet Kennet to be calling for Board change. How pathetic is that?? I'm outta her...
  5. Another week. Another 5000 supporters gone. Can't go on for too much longer.....
  6. Sadly you are not in the minority. I too have given up investing emotion into this tired wreck of a club. Its too upsetting. Played golf today. Didn't even check the footy score. Felt much better for the experience (and my golf was shiite). The club needs a drastic overhaul. We need new blood. Melbourne blood not some brown and gold huckster. Where are the Melbourne people?? Why aren't any stepping up to the plate and agitating for board change?? How pathetic is it that a Hawthorn muppet is agitating for board change at the Dees - THAT is how pathetic we have become - and not one person in the media or elsewhere has mentioned that aspect. Its totally embarrassing.
  7. Shame you are wrong on that. Ran his own advertising agency for years. If only 2 or 3 of Juliars cabinet had real world jobs we wouldnt be in such a mess at a Federal level..
  8. Care to spellcheck your heaadline?
  9. The performances, effort and attitude tell you what they think. It ain't good.
  10. Do you mean Billabong?
  11. Fail. I doubt you have been on a board.
  12. I never really went away.....
  13. I'm not against change. Far from it. I'm against Jeff unless you can't distinguish between the two. I get people want someone of Jeff's capabilities but he is a total [censored] who has advocated our club be shifted. If you want to pack your lot in with someone like that you can nick off as well. But I don't see a conga line of ready made Directors and potential Presidents standing up making a case. That said I would have Don anyday over Jeff. Lets find a diehard Demon that has qualities we need.
  14. I really hate this thinking. Its pathetic.
  15. Jeff is a [censored] who loves the sound of his own voice and his own ideas. F*** off Jeff
  16. ESPN is reporting that Major League Baseball will seek to suspend about 20 players connected to the Miami-area clinic at the heart of an ongoing performance-enhancing-drug scandal, possibly within the next few weeks. The players include New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez, currently on the disabled list, and Ryan Braun, the Milwaukee Brewer outfielder named the National League's most valuable player in 2011. Both ESPN and the Associated Press reported the clinic's founder, Anthony Bosch, has agreed to talk to Major League Baseball about players linked to performance-enhancing drugs. After a game Tuesday, Braun said he was done talking about the clinic and that "the truth has not changed," according to the AP. Yankees manager Joe Girardi said the team had no comment. AFL can't hide Essendon. Get rid of the lot of em.......
  17. Not altogether true. We cant sack coaches at will and expect replacements will line up for a job with that kind of track record. I think Neeld should go but on our timetable not the media's. Lets have a plan in place before he goes. We will find the money of the right coach is found. On any measure Neeld cannot have possibly met any KPIs
  18. Wow. WTF were you expecting a 200 point loss?
  19. Nor me. Evans is far from the worst player on our list. Has some smarts and is committed.
  20. Neeld has had 6 losses over 90 points. 4 of them this year Bailey had 4 losses over 90 points in 4 years (incl 186) Neeld can't coach, He offers no hope. He is the problem. I'd be pretty sure he didn't get the gig by saying"the list is crap, let me do a 5 yr rebuild". His rebuild of the rebuild comment is one of the worst I have heard from a coach. Totally demoralising and devoid of any hope.
  21. I'm here if you need me guys
  22. Posted this in another thread but possibly more relevant here... Bailey had four losses greater than 90 points in 4 yrs (Incl 186) Neeld has had 6. 4 of them this year. He can't coach.
  23. Bailey had four losses greater than 90 points in 4 yrs (Incl 186) Neeld has had 6. 4 of them this year. He can't coach.
  24. Sorry but it is totally irrelevant if they do not put effort in. Couldn't care how well they kick. Particularly if they don't get the pill Why do you think Joel Mac Nicho, Bail and Jordie keep getting games. None can kick but at least they try their guts out.
  25. You are kidding if you think those two have been treated disgracefully Davey has had two shocking years since he won the B&F and has played a couple of OK games this year. Watts's effort is diabolical. He had a good second half last year playing as a floating defender (under Neeld) but his effort and attack on the ball is non-existent. Not a Neeld fan and want him gone but these two players don't deserve games ATM.
