That's the issue. Its a good thing BUT we're not getting the best value out of that. He and Melksham have the ability to kick those flat 50m darts through the corridor that can break open the play and oppo defences. If he's going to play defence we need to get more out of his kicking ability than dinky 15m chip passes.

The problem is that a lot of these guys can't keep the bulk on when they start doing aggressive cardio... STill the strength often remains...

Hipwood is the one for mine that people rave about but rarely puts it together. Kicked 5 freakish goals against us one year if I recall. Probably the one I like out of those is Himmelberg

Everything about his game looks OK except for the fact he rarely takes a one grabber. Fumbles way too much Frankly if he doesn't fire this year he's a bust for mine

Agree with this. A great guy apparently and I wish him well but the fact he stayed for so long at this club when it was clear to most that he had substantial limitations as a footballer is beyond belief. Not one outstanding attribute that you could hang your hat on. He was picked because he was virtually our only tall defensive option. It's not Oscar's fault but the fact the club persisted with him for so long is embarrassing. Those that defended him to the death can start wiping the egg off their faces now.

Never saw close to the best of? I saw him kick 9 goals straight at the SCG. I'd say that was close to his best.

Outstanding year. Everything we could hope for. Doesn't get sucked into the contests on the skinny side. Pivotal in stopping a lot of switch plays.
