we're trying to limit the amount of loses he's involved in. Smart!

Delistings/trades at end of the season
Demon Disciple replied to Northern Summer's topic in Melbourne Demons
McKenzie, M Jones, Bail and Terlich would head the list for me at the moment. -
a typical wannabe body-builder. Loves his upper body, yet his lower half is neglected and rake thin.
-
Why? I'll tell you why. He's lazy. Trade him whilst other teams think he is more than a one-trick pony.
-
Romance aside, given the melbourne - Prahran connection from the old days, it's way too small for an AFL team to move its entire organisation in to.
-
If true, i'd rather pry one of their mids away from them than have to go to the draft with another speculative pick.
-
He must have pulled it out from his ar$e, as GWS will no doubt have their first rounder + more already used up for their academy player (Jacob Hopper i think).
-
https://instagram.com/p/2iJz8_je9-/ Bloody hell, he's 186cm & 94kg, but he's as lean as they come. Has to be nothing but muscle, as there is no fat on him whatsoever.
-
He does nothing too
-
Well there goes our chance of making a late run for the finals

I if i was Roos, i'd be keeping Toumpas in the side for the rest of the year. Big call because form should have a say, but Jimmy needs time in the seniors to continually build his self-belief on playing at the highest level without the fear of being banished to Casey. He also needs to build his belief that he should continue to take the game on, even if there are times if he turns the ball over. The confidence he showed playing in the SANFL for W-WT and his willingness to continually take the game on, is the Toumpas we need to bring out at the MFC.
-
Watch Roos now put it all back on the player's "i told them to get back", yada yada yada. I blame the coaches, i blame the players
-
Howe put us in front with a minute to go, what do we do? We keep 6 in our front half. Poor awareness from both the coaches and players. Runners should've been straight out after Howe goaled to get us all back, player's should have had enough smarts to realise this too. Dumb dumb dumb from all involved.

Frees 14 -13 our way, so they aren't completely ruining it

At 189cm and 87kg, he's that big bodied mid that PR seems to love. Has some pace about him too. -

Is that a question Song?, if it is..........i don't, if it isn't................i agree -
Maybe it is impossible to assess Nasher, and maybe it's extremely simplistic of me. Is it too much to expect 'elite' results from our 'elite performance manager'?
-
Salem disappointment aside, how long does it take to return from a broken toe? Frost has been out for nearly 2 months now, throw in Kent (who's hammy was a big one i know), many of our injured players' are not recovering within the appropriate time-frame. This should not be acceptable. Misson is definitely one who has escaped the blow torch with his performance. If it was Bodhan 'whatever his name' is, demonland would be calling for his head.. Maybe it's time we started looking for a new performance manager.

I'd rather chase Prestia than Aish. -
MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 11
Demon Disciple replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
What was the point of dropping Grimes last week, only to bring him back in after staying down in Casey for only 1 week? These are some of the selection calls that contradicts the very thing Roos himself 'says' he is trying to achieve, yet his actions clearly state otherwise. Very confusing indeed. And if it is confusing the supporters, then it would have to be confusing the players. -
I'm going to get technical here. The question was "who is my first-choice ruckman", not "who do i believe is our best ruckman". The latter still goes to Jamar, why?, because he has runs on the board. Spencer and Gawn don't. However given the actual question, Jamar is on his last legs, Spencer will always be a stop-gap and nothing more and Gawn needs to get as many games into him to speed up his development (hopefully with as few injury hiccups as possible).

National Under 18 Championships - 2015
Demon Disciple replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Melbourne Demons
Is this draft consider a shallow one or on par, when compared to recent years? -
That's a good get!

I nominate M Jones and Howe.
