  1. We may have been ther first, but i reckon most Irish 'experiments' besides Jimy Stynes have been a complete flop (Taigh Kennelly aside).
  2. Let them work their magic on those drug-cheats. Whatever ASADA leaves, Craig and Neeld can finish the rest of them off!!!
  3. A solid session where you can barely walk afterwards is impressive. Though the beastiality side of things is rather concerning DL.
  4. So............Saty is........... Father Christmas
  5. Sure, whilst it was good/clever thinking by the club, the real heroes that basically saved our clubs ar$e were the foundation heroes, who put countless money into the club (many probably still do). The greatest majority of those 'heroes' no doubt would be between the ages of 40-70. Astounding, considering they would have gone through and experienced all of the greatest dryspell of success of this club and still put up with the unbelievably bad ongoing performance of the MFC (both on and off-field), since 2007.
  6. I wouldn't be surprised if ANB plays the most games out of all new draftees next year, given that he has had some experience playing against the bigger bodies in the SANFL. That and he also seems to have the best tank of all new draftees, what with a sub 10min 3km time-trial and a 15+ beep test. Aerobically, he's probably the most ready.
  7. Not too sure, but he must have done VCE the year before, as in one of the mfc videos Matt Burgan talks to him about his 99 ENTER Score. Scores for this year don't get released until sometime in January.
  8. He'll probably give us a C-, given he hasn't seen or heard much about Brayshaw or Petracca.....................complete tool.
  9. Don't want to go the early crow, but he would be just about the best kick in the team. Beautiful kicking motion, and going by the goal he kicked, he's able to use his right foot too (quite rare for a left footer).
  10. Does anyone know why Angus follows the Dockers of all teams???
  11. I suppose it's a good thing we already have Stretch then!
  12. Apparently 7pm Melbourne time. Though i'd be listening in from 6.30pm just in case.
  13. If the Saints go for McCartin, i reckon it's a smart pick (not necessarily the correct one - that will be decided years down the track). Next years draft is meant to be more of a midfield one (plus we will be tied somewhere to Lovett - maybe even our first rounder). Saints need a KPF and badly, if they ignore it this year, it's going to be 2 years before they get another look at a quality KPF of McCartin's caliber. Good mids are also easier to come by than good KPP's. Honestly, i'd be equally happy if we went Brayshaw/Petracca or Brayshaw/McCartin, as we obviously need quality all over our list. Bring in McCartin, hopefully our KPF's are in order for a decade. Bring in Petracca, that's hopefully one less good mid we need to find. Either way (should our recruiting prove successful) we improve areas of our list.
  14. I agree, obviously he loves satire, but out of all phantom drafts, his draft order will probably go closest to the pin!!!
  15. Ok then, just don't worry about things you have no control over!
  16. The fact that he backs himself in every single time....................................oh wait
  17. We have another mid coming through for us next year in Jake Lovett, so if Brayshaw and Petracca come to us in this draft, Lovett next draft and the likes of Salem, Viney, Tyson and even Toumpas, surely that should alleviate our midfield woes.
  18. I will blow my top if the Saints do a shifty and take Brayshaw away from us.
  19. Wasn't he working with the MFC in some commercial role???
