I really can't see what the big problem is with these NIMBYS, etc, being against such a development. The building would be over the rail line (virtually empty/useless space). Will it rob them of their precious views of trains going by? Secondly, the oval. It would provide a flat bit of land making the area even more accessible and community friendly.
