WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - KADE KOLODJASHNIJ
Happy for KK, was left hanging for all of Trade Week (SM was too, but at least he held the spotlight). Hope he returns to his former glory to help out our back-line and wings

Farewell Jesse Hogan
With all this talk of being bent over and balls being lost, seeing a hole and filling it is another zinger (or am i being a little too perverse?)

Time to pair May up with Gawny over the pre-season.

Yep, couldn't even land 2 first rounders, yet Freo got 2 first rounders for Neale!

More like walked out of terminal to find themselves in Abu Dhabi

If true he told the club that he won't sign a contract extension, then Jesse has virtually revealed that he is gone (either this year or next). Gotta make the best of a bad situation i guess (and hope that TMAC doesn't go down otherwise we are stuffed).

You're not alone Pates. It's not so much hating the club as it is their supporters and their arrogance and smugness. I enjoyed our SF win the most out of all our wins this year. May the streak long continue!

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
PS - this is an observation from a third party (fyi - i'm tipping Hogan to be in purple tomorrow night)

Picks 23 (815) + 30 (629) equates to 1444 points. Pick 9 = 1469 points and pick 10 = 1395. So in points terms that would equate to 2 top 10 picks (if including pick 5 as well)

They can't and won't.

I see Jay Clark has been reading Demonland again.

They actually come out 63 point ahead if they accept the deal (not to mention a higher pick for one of the SA boys).

Agreed rpfc. If Hogan stays, 2019 will be a circus for an entire year on his contract situation. Given we are clearly in a situation now where we have bigger aims to worry about, it would be a huge distraction that we most definitely could do without. If he stays, i'd want him to sign a contract extension sometime in the off-season (preferably before the new year).

A Day at the Races
Hey Macca, do you think Winx will be retired after this years Cox Plate?

The problem is one is in the 22-25 range, the other is out near the 30's.

Didn't know you could get internet reception from the sewer.

That's a bit more sensible. Bring in May and KK and go to the draft with 18 (maybe one of the Xavier's Duursma or O'Halloran)

I'm Sorry but if we lose Hogan for pick 5 and 23, i would not be happy. One could argue that it would end up being May + KK + 23, but even then Hogan alone is worth more than that. He is a true CHF (not FF). Heck even if we play him at CHB his value to the team would be just as important (a true CHF/B swingman). He has been through a rotten period in his life recently (lost his father, had to overcome testicular cancer, then after all that miss out on finals due to injury). If we can get him to re-commit to the Dees, we find ourselves so far ahead (and closer to that elusive pucking premiership) than if he were to leave by the end of trade week.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
We're not after draft picks, we're after May. I'd take Hogan over May any day of the week though.

Tells it like it is, and doesn't stuff around with delusional scenarios - hello peter bell (not worthy of capitals)

Ha. If Lobb is worth close to 11, then Jesse is worth picks 1, 2 and next years first rounder.
