Because the AFL will do anything to see GWS in the GF. if ANZ is too big, they should be forced to play at the SCG, but looking after heart and soul supporters is not a priority for the AFL

Absolutely thrilled for JT, a deserved extra year. as for Pickett, suggest no-one take seriously a guy who was complaining about Juice Newton being delisted for three to four years after he was cut. This guy genuinely thought Juice was a gun. Pickett, showing how classy and knowledgeable he is, joined and started a couple of threads on the old demonology slamming Brad Green for being soft on the week of his 200th. History has shown him to be quite clueless on many topics, I believe JT will just remind us again how the fence is about as sharp as a plank.

I thought he was going to be a big factor in us stepping up this year. That we have shown the improvement we have without him bodes well IMO, as I think he will be a gun midfielder. The Weed and Hulk will love having Salem delivering the ball to them.

No, it was directed at people who have made what I have considered to be insulting comments about JT through out the past couple of years.

We gave Trenners an extra year to see if he can get over his injury. He has. Now we should give him a chance to have a preseason. I am not arguing for a 5 year deal, but for him to be given the year to see if he can return to the quality player he was.

If Trenners can have a big preseason and get back that yard of pace he seems to have lost, then he could easily excel again in the AFL. He is a smart footballer, good mark and kick and he is an endurance athlete who can run all day, a valuable commodity with the interchange limitations. I am very confident that if JT gets his speed back, he'll again become a valuable member of our team.

Grimes has played 100 games for the club. I hope, if he moves on, we do all we can to help him get to his preferred destination. WRT Trenners, I hope he gets a chance to do a preseason and comes back into the team and proves a lot people wrong!
