Personally i take all of this as a positive.. We as a team a club and a partenership are finding our way and building/rebuilding with people and players who are committed to the shared goal, success and continued success. No point having anyone on board who isnt 110% for it. Heres a chance to get someone who is. Obviously he ( german ) wasnt. Im inclined to think any thinking this way have got it arse about.. He isnt about using rebuilding or experimentation as EXCUSES ...This has been his job !! He has had to do this as part of the process. To punish a man for simply doing what will have been asked of him is abhorent. For me he's already done some hard yards and it ought to be reciprocated.

I'll question the need. We are building a team. we have actually quite a lot of the components already and are about to top up. These players will galvanise into I think a fairly decent outfit.. and still some seem to want to constantly tinker.. to "collect' picks as though that in itself is teh name of thegame..Its not. Playing good footy with good players is. You get no where if you dont at some stage actually aplly friction to theroad. if you keep the wheels constantly spinning all you do is burn rubber. its time to focus on teh results from this emerging group as opposed to dismatling and reconfiguring ad nauseum. The goal..the real game is playing...NOT pretending. We will be able to getthrough these early GCyears just fine.

I wouldnt laugh. If teh Russian stays he might well take another step up. That would be impressive and most welcome. Im still not altogether sure where Nuggets future will take him. He may well be impsired and directed by the presence of real skill and abilitiy in the newcomers to modify hisown game and step up the 'cleverness' of his game. Garland is starting to concernme in teh same way Jared does..and infact Brocky did ( for me ). Repeated time in physical rehab etc is just a negative outcome in all reality if continual.

In all reality... Scully and trengove are about as home and hosed as could be . Harrington & Co must be champing at the bit ..but having to respect the AFL's line of no prior announcements.

tallstuey...a players role is to fulfill the coaches request to the utmost of his ability..its really that simple. Dont get all caught up in fairytale stuff. The Player is there at teh bequaest of the club to fulfil the role his is paid to do. if that is to play "strangely" then thats bloody well what he will do..or lump it..or [censored] off !! Hardly news is it. Is what i would expect. Because thats their bloody job !! Im still quite sure that barring injuries this kid will take strides next year. With the likes of Jurrah and Watts around him he ought to get many opportunites to show the rest why some of us rate him highly

If he nominates for the national draft and hes still around at 50..well..why not !! I wouldnt particularly go early.
