Cometh the hour, cometh the man. Max's injury is devastating for just about everyone involved with the Melbourne Footy Club but there is one obvious exception. He's done his best pre-season in years and played well in the JLT. Come on Jake grab your opportunity and make everyone wonder what the hell we are going to do when Gawn is finally ready to come back.

Fake news. He is still a Kremlin plant. -
whats happened to Gawn?

So Rowe was fine to play out the game, got "delayed concussion" and is fine to play this week. The only time he was concussed seems to be for the MRP report.

If you're worried about caller ID just borrow someone else's phone from under the bridge. Those blokes seem to keep them charged better than I can.

Disastrous interview on the footy show last night. I know I shouldn't watch that rubbish. Pretty clear he will only play next year if it's back at the cats. Prahra above says he has lost his core strength. I'm no expert but I don't think you can lose the strength through the hips and core that he and his old man had through injury or wear and tear. His shoulder is gone Jack Viney made sure of that but I still think he has his greatest assets. He will dominate this weekend.

Demonland Podcast will return for the Draft

I hope I wasn't one on the 31 counted in the peak because I tuned in as you were saying goodbye. Out of interest has any called in yet and said "long time listener first time caller?" -

I'm not good on these things. I imagined you were saying Quite Furkin True but had to google it and found a similar meaning. -

I agree Trump is legitimately comedy gold. The biggest joke is, however, the Democrats who couldn't beat him. My point earlier in this thread though is that every centre right politician is the butt of jokes disproportionately. Often leftist sheep think the joke is funny just because it is about someone of the centre right. Trump jokes will always be funnier than Hillary, Obama jokes will never be as funny as... hang on there are no Obama jokes,George W Bush was hilarious when he mispronounced a word. Let me give you a tip. The next Republican President will be comedy gold as well purely because there will be a left wing media trying desperately to pull him / her down. -
He could be leading the brownlow...

Jordan Lewis - Go directly to jail. Do not pass go.

Something needs to change. I disagree on television and radio commentators being banned from talking about incidents. That just makes it worse. Transparency is the key and when a MRP decision is inconsistent or ridiculous the media should be able to call it out.

We haven't had a MRP decision go our way since Brent Moloney got 2 weeks in 2005 for a missed bump where the other bloke hit his head on the turf in an uncoordinated attempt to avoid body contact.

Cotchin is the closest other player to Jack Watts in the league as a favoured whipping boy. Cotchin's 2 last quater bone crunching tackles were pivotal in the result (even though one was probably around the neck).

I thought the opposite. We dominated the first 1/4 (albeit not on the scoreboard) With our forwards behind the ball at setups and running forward to create. 8 players behind the ball was working. Carlton went man on man to stop our dominance after 1/4 time. This will happen to us all year. We were good enough against Carlton to just overpower them one on one but I'd like to see us show a bit more.

I can never remember which one of the Scott sooks coaches Geelong but I'm spewing he gave Tom Hawkins a public spray this week. Oscar was good yesterday but I hope he doesn't end up 1 on 1 with Hawkins too often on the weekend.

Think some of the criticism of Tyson is unfair. He is developing a habit of kicking crunch last 1/4 goals. Brayshaw will be a player. He had an ordinary game yesterday and I would be tempted to drop him but if Hogan and Lewis both go we can't afford the additional changes. He is a pure mid and needs more time on the ball to be effective.

I'll pay you credit for that. Producing a meme (as continually challenged) on Obama that is actually hanging it on the right has snookered me. -
Oscar was good today. Brayshaw needs some time at Casey.
