first touch to tholstrup - good pass in to el jefe who juggles it, goes back and drills the set shot
-
CASEY: Rd 08 vs Southport
the array of players that we have who simply cannot hit targets by foot is an indictment upon our development

MFC Powerbrokers
couldn't agree more our dyed-in-the-wool demons are incredibly loyal - but it's a very small cohort in comparison with the 'big' clubs it's why we compare / contrast with the likes of footscray and the aints NOT the filth, tigs, baggers, or peptides

MFC Powerbrokers
based on the articles in this series, we are miles behind by comparison with other clubs our rich supporters are TIGHT with their money - if a multi billionaire is our biggest donor at ONLY $1m it says how much our mega wealthy supporter base doesnโt actually put their money where their mouth is reality is that while the median mfc fan is 'wealthy', the fact that itโs old money and a small supporter base means that there are few genuinely big hitters and, by dint of that demographic, when they do spend their money it's not on a football club - it's on the climate initiatives, medical research, etc. and less so even on art or education, let alone sport

2025 FIXTURE - Rounds 16 to 23
tbh i'm surprised so many of our games are fta broadcast i thought we'd be sent to the naughty corner of eras gone by, where every game was sunday at 1.10pm not the fta 3.20pm slot

2025 FIXTURE - Rounds 16 to 23
was always there every mcg tenant has to play there cos the afl needs to fulfil the quota (that they imposed, cos it's their ground)
-
Luke Jackson back to Victoria?
the point is often missed that not only is gawn the best ruckmen in the game, but he's also one of the better midfielders he runs around the ground collecting marks and possessions seemingly at will
-
Judd McVee contract
interesting that mcvee is only looking at a short-term deal
-
Luke Jackson back to Victoria?
there's no reason to think that gawn won't play for as long as goldstein they're both aerobic beasts, which is part of the reason that they're so, so good in their dotage

The Kalani White Thread
northern franchise academies will never die

Trade Targets
Takes the riskier kick and gets more of it Raw #s only tell part of the story Iโd like him at the Dees but think itโs unlikely
-
Trade Targets
bergman is like rivers but a far, far superior kick we are just one of a myriad of melbourne-based teams 'keeping tabs' on him according to tombstone; aints have been in the market for a long time
