  1. x - free audience consumption fox footy's 360 mag show - about 60k viewers, at most i think the way that green and goodwin have handled this has been fantastic - green has always been forthright in his views communicated on x, and goodwin's comments are usually fairly pointed
  2. seems to be more then norm for a tear to be 6-12 weeks these days some still get the 3-4 week ones, then there's the one where they talk about surgery to re-attach the tendon to the bone - which truly sounds horrific - which can be up to 16 weeks it's not a one-size-fits-all which i guess shows the improved treatment methods and more individualised approach to injury management
  3. corrie perkin before her, fwiw they came up together, but perkin was the originator of female football reporters
  4. a little bit of footage here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DJTj1FvT65Y/?img_index=1&igsh=OWt4ZWx1NHltMHU2
  5. judging from the recent radio ratings, not many are listening to kornes well, the rest of the afl medja are, and guess who reports on kornes' every utterance?

  7. along with harley reid and jamara ugle-hagan, he'll go to geelong for that surf coast lifestyle (plus his other half is from there)
  8. Greatest ruckman to ever play the game and one of the greatest ever full stop
  9. Just add him to the ever growing list of WA players that Flagmantle have brought home who have floundered
  10. Other than all the games he played in the vfl in his first year, when he was in / out of the senior side No doubt he was an absolute marvel Never the less, the stories since have made it clear that he had “issues” that required a lot of management Did we offer a mega deal to a player who deserved it? Absolutely! Has he failed to live up to his side of the bargain of maintaining the quality of player that he was? Unfortunately…
  11. certainly in the top 10
  12. whoever his manager is did a bang up job by his client - a player under contract that the club knew had...challenges, shall we say...that nevertheless managed to get a massive extension on huge coin tied to the rise in the overall cap
  13. i thought he was good, but not great the panicked kick out of d50 has become the occasional rather than the exception and the round before i honestly thought lynch was edging towards keeping the tigs' competitive what i find is that he needs some consistent footy; difficult at the moment with the way that our games are spread out
  14. not based on current form he won't
  15. flattening the contract - he gets more years on slightly less $$ per annum, but more over an extended period of time
  16. Garry Lyon’s MFC source on Scoops Manure’s claim that Oliver opted out of playing meth coke due to reduced playing time: “that is complete and utter [censored]”
  17. i was thinking the same thing or, to put it in a phrase slobbster / jay might understand "it's difficult to understand, this, how english language, mangled"
  18. what lessons does he learn from other players and the way they adapt to being an afl level players? what is it like to go from the powerhouse big bodied underage performer to a baby when it comes to physical make-up in the afl? how has his life changed as a professional footballer?
  19. yes, they both went to melbourne grammar
  20. Not even factual posts about the charges?
  21. about 18 months...
  22. maclure - the story morris - the story niall - the story ...journalists - the story majority of em don't give two hoots about who they barrack for, or used to barrack for...they want the STORY
  23. Think most only removed him from the side to start vs Dingley cos of mrp chook lotto He had no case to answer to stays in the 22
  24. More alike to JUH at the dogs - he is the player who is failing to attend training, removed himself from the club, etc Difference is Clayton’s contract is significantly longer and for more $$ I can’t see any club offering us much for him, and we’ll have to carry a significant portion of the $$ owed to him for a long time to come Trading him is a lose / lose situation for us
  25. bears just that little bit better than gc17 very hard to see them not competing for the premiership again
