Exactly, look at brock, look at jones, one is 22 or so, the other 20 and we expect them to be as good as Kerr, Black etc except they are all older and more experienced, also when they were younger they had a great midfield around them to take the pressure off them, those 2 take the best 2 tags every week, by the time they are 25-7 they will be great players and hopefully Morton will be the cherry on top.

His first 4 or 5 touches were really good and all hit the target, knows where to place the ball for a player to run onto it, he drifted in and out but was a solid first up hit, chased a lot, put on some tackles, Did not notice real explosive pace but did not look slow either. HAs a decent build on him, very pickett like.

He has not been bad this year, but after the crows and pies games last year we all expect a lot more from him, but even in those games he never really run the ball out kenelly style.

My thoughts on those wanting contracts for next year Expires 2008 Jeff White - 1 year at best Adem Yze - (Insert snakes voice from the simpsons) Byeeeeee Brad Green - 2 years at best Matthew Whelan- 1 year at best due to injuries Lynden Dunn - 2 years, possibly 3 if he plays well this year. Brent Moloney - 2 years at most but will wont to play most of the year without injury. Matthew Bate - 2-3 years Daniel Bell - 2-3 years James Frawley - 2year, need time to develop and grow. Ricky Petterd - 2 years, kid has upside Colin Garland - 1 max, I don't see much in him. Isack Weetra - have not seem much of him, but what I have in AFL i ahve not been too impressed by Neitz will retire, Holland will follow so that free's up a lot of money, Any decent players coming out of contract we should look into.

PJ has grown with more responsibility and let's face it he has played his best football since the sydney game where he did his shoulder, I think we all have been surprised and he seems to be marking the ball quite well as well.

Lyon and Schwartz were both exciting when they came onto the scene. On Morton, I watched the tigers yesterday and his brother has filled out nicely, so I think Cale will too, and when he does, he has the potential to be very very good. I too think I'd rather him play on the ball that CHF, I'd prefer he model himself on Chad Cornes or Goodes.

@0 odd of those were in the first half when dunn was not playing on him. I think Dunn did a good job on him, like they started to sue him as a tagger last year i think he offers something to the team in that role.

Yep I thought Miller offered a lot at CHF, never should play down back, except as a last resort due to injuries during a game.
