i seem to remember it was more the aflpa that said that (re breach of contract conditions) and the afl didn't make a ruling one way or the other so, a player would need to claim that essendrug breached a condition of the contract which essendrugs (knowing them) could contest and lawyer up

did you notice how the sky looked, earl? a bit dodgy? crumbly maybe?

brilliant. again enyaw cuts through the doublespeak, spin and political correctness to get right to the point.

i agree. spare the rod and spoil the brat. bitters is obviously in denial of his immoderations

such desecration of your artistic treasures reminds me of what isis did to palmyra, bbo i wonder if you might be able to retrieve them from the way-back machine on the web. they should be preserved for posterity on the other hand, they were a bit of tosh if one was sober

and it depends a bit on whether it is settled out of court or goes to court which i would imagine depends a lot on the insurer and whether essendon benefactors step in with some big bucks because it really could be big bucks. The players not at the club could be the big stumbling blocks. if it goes to court (and there is a reasonable chance) it has the potential to get really nasty and destroy relationships (what's left) between the players and the club plenty more fun to come

MFC 2016 Membership - Record Broken. Next stop: 40,000

35k by round one (including those on the day) now looks doable (only 250/day) -
well despite what de-luded might say about the northern side, this is where you need to get a reserved seat as others have said. if you like to be close to the wing the mfc have a reserved seat area on level one just to the east (richmond) side of the members. they have both open air seating and for a liitle more $$s under cover seating further back. i'm sure this area is not fully booked by season regulars and if you get in quick you should get a decent choice and be among birds of a feather

i don't think heppell (or the others) will admit to any guilt why they are in the process of suing the club not that i think they will either when the litigation is over

for someone who delights in digging up and broadcasting the (perceived) transgressions of individuals in the past this is a strange position for you to now take

anything less than 40k will be a fail -
you're scaring me, moonie

you're going to a monastery? not with stuie i hope? or is that double talk for going into rehab, moonie?
-
no, why should they? it's common sense, and the issue is not 'basketball' as such, it's about risky procedures like slam dunking which you would know if you ever tried one, plus still being on a rehab program. (naturally, i am assuming he actually was slam dunking based on reports i can't verify)
