We go for money. Only the club finance community can decide if it worth if form their perspective. (Imagine we were still selling games to Brisbane 🤮 ) The Issues: The bigger question is our performance affected by all the community work we do prior to the game. Does it remove our focus and our performance? Can we do that post game, as for the game before a bye. Its not our job to promote the game in the NT, as its a AFL state already. There isn't enough people living there to see it as a growth in membership like the hawks impact in Tassie (Yes it timed well with their premiership run). And too often there is more opposition supporters even one year the person tossing the coin for our home game had an opposition scarf on....like WTF...what does the club think get out of it for promoting our brand/club.

Wow what a horrible display in front of goal. 7.21 For those that can get to training: Do they actually practice goal kicking and real goal kicking simulation? As it sure does not look like it. They cant use the excuse of the wind in the 2nd and 4th as kicking at the end was supported by the wind as the saints showed us. From a data view point, it must be a massive flashing red indicator that they have not been able to fix. It should be a key KPI for the coaching group. I think they should start deducting match payments for miss easy goals, its save a fortune in our salary cap to pay for a fwd that can kick straight.... JVR - is a great kick for goal. The rest of the game was vernally very positive, we controlled the ball for much of the game after qtr time, but see point one.

24 Hours later I like to comment; 7.21 sums it up combine with the lowest pressure rating in the last quarter for the year (Maybe longer) Insipid basic skill of goal kicking hasn't been fixed since it costs us massively in the 2023 finals series (Yes also before then). The stage was set with Kozzie's first super lay shot on goal that didn't even make it. Once we did take control, we couldn't find good targets inside 50 and when we finally did, couldn't kick straight (allowing for the wind). Mentally we weren't there. Would a more sheltered MCG been better? Based upon history, only marginally. The season is not done, but now they need to win the games we didn't expect them to be favourites in. The response next week will show where they are mentally to compete.

Start watching the game late, just caught up to the broadcast. AJ - likely 1 week based upon the hit on Fargo the week before, not sure why he jumped though. Kossie first shot, - really worried it showed they weren't switch on as then the saints went on a super purple patch. But two marks up the top of the square by the saints in the 2nd must've Goodwin pull what hair he has left out. Really poor by the boys in defence. Swans were mentally broken in last year's GF, then lost their long term coach ( I called he would step down at the time and he did a bit later, as he knew he couldn't do more than he had at the club), then a ton of injuries to key players. Eventually something will crack and the Crows have built a good side that last year was expected to compete near the top, looks like they have got the balance right this year. Cox a bad coach. Who know he's been in the job for less than half a season. Players adjusting to a new coach after so long an issue, most likely. But it will take time for his players to change the way they play after so long under 1 coach an like us his season will improve Shen he starts getting his key players back into the side. The annoying win was Freo, bloody Gold Coast, I guess they aren't used to play in such weather?

Playing with confidence in the new system. Asa result their is less skill error as player dont second guess where to go. Good to see it in practice against a good defensive side. Plus the team pressure is back. Great to see.
