I disagree, stats don't show impact. Watching live, yes, he'll sprint /spoils. But gee, I saw 3 direct goals from his decision error across the field. That's on top of his terrible kicking at times. I saw some people likened him to Frost, and that's not a bad comparison, as Frost could be amazing, then a disaster. He does not really have a footy brain to make quick decisions. That is a concern given his role at the moment. He's played close to 80 games and should not be making basic decision errors anymore.

Watching us live, it was men v boys in the middle, and it really hurt us. We need to give them time to build that synergy and strength. Remember, Freo was embarrassed last week and would be looking to atone. They did in the first quarter, plus some very helpful and suspect-free's unfortunately. FUmbles: It was really hot and sweaty in the stands early on, and may have been the cause of some fumbles on the field, and some of them really hurt us as freo took advantage when we were about to break free into open fwd Line. The main concern I have is CK's decision-making. (I know kicking skills were suspect coming in) He cost us directly 3 goals from poor decision making in the middle of the ground (not counting running too far off). He was worse than a rookie watching it live. He has played 76 games at Hawthorn!! H needs to do better or be dropped.

Was always someone who put in the work but didn't have the same level of natural talent or a physical advantage such as speed, height etc that elite or or grade players have. He would be classed as a good honest footballer who is contributing to his team and has gradually improved over the years. He deserves his success as you ca tell he's earned it with constant work. Wouldn't make a difference at the Dee's with our previous or current squad. Wish him to continue with this level effort and success except against us.

Great first win and takes some pressure off the boys. Still lots of mistakes both skill and decision from our younger players that will improve over time. Often not aware of what is around them and getting caught. Best game I have seen from sharp after half time, he always had the tank and speed when we got him. Never seemed to get a fair run at it. Looking for more from Langford (yes he's young) next week, as it was the quietest game from him ever. Just never seemed to get into the game. Good confidence builder and looking forward to seeing them live next Saturday night!
