  1. As do I.
  2. Stupid thread.
  3. Personally so would I. I am sick of moralising. Win games and win a flag, I don't care about the hows and whys and whos.
  4. I was answering your post that we had to beat the best to be the best, we don't . I wasn't posting about hoping other teams have injuries, that is the luck aspect, that all Premiership teams have.
  5. No we have to win enough games to make finals. That requires good play and luck with injuries, umpiring etc. You can lose to good teams and still make the finals and win it. The only thing that matters is getting to the GF and on the day winning, not being the best team all year.
  6. The kid in that video is an AFL player with great pace. Obviously he is either down on fitness or confidence. Once he regains one or both he will be back. You don't just lose your talent overnight.
  7. Yes. Their pressure in forward 50 is stopping any free flow from Roos defence. We have missed this for a while.
  8. Has been for a while. That includes field kicking and handball as well.
  9. His best probably.
  10. Jim Munro veteran.
  11. He once ran the ball from the back pocket at Windy Hill ending up kicking a goal. The most skillful player I have ever seen.
  12. Brings tears to my eyes. I actually loved this guy, as a footballer and as a person.
  13. I think we can say now that if you push a bloke over and he goes off with a sprained ankle, you will be suspended, but if you belt a bloke in the face and he plays on, that might be a fine. The action has lost all relevance and only the result counts. Still the worst decision I have ever seen was the weeks Moloney got several years ago, for running at a Cats player, but not touching him and the Cats player falling over trying to avoid Moloney. No contact but suspended.
  14. Seriously though, Clarrie is hit in the mouth by Crouch's shoulder, after Clarrie got rid of the ball and was wide open, when there was no need by Crouch to touch him and Crouch jumped off the ground to hit him and Clarrie coughs up blood from the blow. That has been a suspension every time over the last few years, but no. I actually think Christian has become a parody of himself and the MRP.
  15. Which is what I am.
  16. You will have to refresh my memory, as I don't bet. Also the player I wasn't commenting on, wasn't Frost.
  17. Actually, never used it before.
  18. That is simply one of the best bits of non match day, Demon vision, I have ever seen. The bit where Kossie is helped by his team mates to finish a tough drill is just magnificent. How can you not get excited about our future?
  19. As promised to BB late last year, I make no comment.
  20. Steven May just laughs, at what he got, for less last year.
  21. What I meant was players can get p-ssed off easily these days and with Jack becoming a RFA at season's end, we don't need him thinking he is not popular with is team mates and using that as an excuse to look elsewhere. I don't see the problem with Gawn and Jack as Co Captains for this year and if not, hope he is VC. Feeling slighted can affect performance also. That is just my view.
  22. Personally I hope Jack remains in the leadership group and the change is sold to him on the basis of restricted availability for extra leadership functions due to coming fatherhood and allowing him to concentrate more on his own game. Don’t think it is a good situation if he thinks his teammates think poorly of him.
  23. Is Oscar Baker training? Haven’t seen him mentioned.
  24. This girl is my favourite female Demon after 1 game.
  25. Makes you appreciate how hard these guys train to play footy.
