Thanks Ethan. Given that definition, we laid very few tackles this year. We are however, very good at the one armed, brushed off, attempted tackle.

Jones Re-Signs for 2020
I am a real fan of Jordon. He could be a very good one.

Thanks Ethan I didn't know that. Is there a stat for effective tackles? What is the basis of a stat for a tackle, do you just have to touch them or bring them down?

Dan Butler
Most of ANB's tackles are when he is the third player in, after one of his team mates has the opponent on the grass. His actual tackles, one on one, are usually ineffective.

Be my guest, give him a call.

Small forwards - what are our trading and draft options?
May, Lever! To a lesser extent, Melsham, Hibberd.

Angus Brayshaw to Fremantle Rumours
What, you think running 3rd in a Brownlow is a "supposed achievement"?

List changes who do we cut, trade or go after.
We have seen 4 players go and clearly we will have more changes. IMO we have identified a few players who are tradeable and we are keeping them until deals can be done. Then again I could be wrong, I remember it happening once.

The calumny of the AFL's priority pick policy
That would be a sensational deal, but maybe a large AFL contribution, together with help in getting it through the approval stage would be a pretty good deal too.

Don't forget Melksham, who is another marking goal kicker, though not a key forward, but similar to Fritter.

List changes who do we cut, trade or go after.
Interesting, because if that happened, it would mean the club we are probably losing pick 2 to, will have also benefited from the KK deal, again involving us, in which we basically got nothing in the deal.
-
The calumny of the AFL's priority pick policy
Only won't happen because every other club would then try the same thing. Also, if GC do get pick 2 and we say nothing about it, I expect that could be because we have done a deal for something with the AFL and have been told to publicly cop it on the chin. We will see. It is far more productive to work with City Hall, than against it.

Splitting Draft Pick 3
No doubt that is correct and the question for the FD, given mistakes made in drafting, can we get good players at the split picks.

Eddie Betts
Was told today to ignore what the Blues or Media say, Eddie will be playing with them again next year.

Damien Barrett's scathing assessment of the MFC
I wasn’t defending the Bentleigh Club and it doesn’t need rezoning. It is ripe for housing development when we pull the trigger. So, wrong on both points.

Damien Barrett's scathing assessment of the MFC
Don't forget what it sits on, which we own.

Who Do We Keep
TBH, Tim is a nice guy, but if we can't find a better option than a not best 22, 29 year old, perennially injured player, the Recruiting Department is useless.
