Hope he plays well, we win and Howes gets his turn next week, in another win.
-
Didn’t sit well with me but it’s great seeing the Pot calling the Kettle black. Twitter out showing Bairstow stumping a guy in 2014 and being proud of it, saying he copied the English keeper who did it at Lords in a Test match.
-
There is something very wrong here. The only thing I can think of is, it has something to do with the infection, as apparently the initial strain was a mild one.
-
That's not racism so you can relax, with a shiraz from the cask. Bairstow was trying to do the same thing on day 3 and run out our batsmen. McCullum the English Coach, said he wouldn't have a beer with the Aussies and was reminded when he ran out Murali, who walked up the pitch to shake the hand of his batting partner, who had just scored a ton. Play had stopped. McCullum sheepishly said he regretted that. MCC members abusing their privilege of having the cricketers walking through their long room, should feel ashamed. These privilged tools should be setting the example, not acting acting like drunken ferals. GAGF is probably my most articulate reply at the moment.

No need for wondering.

Another quiet day on DL. Just a FP injured, nothing much else happening.
-
This would have no effect on training grounds/ club base, as in a different area. This proposal refers to the front or North side of the racecourse. Grounds would be in middle of the course, with a club base in old stables areas on East or South sides of the racecourse. I wonder where we are at with this possibility, or if it has been squashed.
-
From all the possibilities discussed by DL, it seems the best opportunity in all respects, for a future training ground and club base. It would seem that funding could possibly be the only real issue, as I couldn’t imagine the Trust knocking it back, given there could be a mix of community use.

Is anything happening, or even a possibility of happening?
-
Can they play footy.
-
Thanks for the info. Please send best wishes to Pauline and pass on to Fritta that all DL looks forward to his eventual return and good luck with his rehab.

Just as an aside, watching Melbourne is torture. No highlights. Fumbles. Poor disposal. Shocking goal kicking. Players slipping over. Winning ugly has become the norm and it is very difficult to get any enjoyment from our games. That said, I would cop an ugly won flag.
-
Would have preferred the camel spit rather than watching the Dees today.
-
What about our continued slipping?
-
And Woey 3 goals and Howes both playing well, along with Disco.
-
Can’t pass either.
-
Agree. Play skilless players and get what you deserve. Great coaching too, ever heard of a goal keeper in the wet, Kingsley has.
-
We are also dominating the falling over count by a mile.
-
But minus 100% in skill.
-
Have they got long stops for f sake.
-
Glad we have the best skills coach in the AFL. Embarrassing.

That 50 was a disgrace. Toby played on took 6 steps to the right, Harmes was running backwards away from him, stupid umpire doesn’t call play on but pays a 50. Haynes was not inside the 10m until Toby played on and ran straight at him. Wet night in a low scoring game that could be the difference. Absolutely pathetic wrong decision.
-
I posted that we have become the worst kicks for goal in the AFL, excepting one bad night by the Swans.

Not according to the selectors.
