Played in a losing U20s GF, won BOG award which was a pewter mug which came with a beer shouted by each player in the team. Was probably 15 beers in but i still remember yelling "siren" just before Jimmy created history. Sat there silent with tears rolling own my face for 10 minutes......drank remaining 6 beers

Geez this floored me when I read this. Its incredibly sad for someone so young to be taken this way. My old man paid a rare visit to me in June this year and we sat and watched the Dees together for the first time in over 25 years, and enjoyed a win against the Tiges. Sadly it was also our last game together. He died of cancer less than 3 months later and I had no idea he was sick until after he went home the next day. What a horrible disease. My thoughts and wishes go out to Two Sheds and his family. RIP mate. These 2 examples also make me realise how unbelievable Jimma has been during his fight with this bastard. He is a true warrior and nothing short of an inspiration.
