Zero tackles while the rest of the forwardline are breaking records in F50 tackles. Maybe it's not expected of him, but his lack of intent and pressure is really disappointing.

Watched him closely at the ground. It won't get picked up on tv but especially when we don't have the ball, the focus and enthusiasm he shows setting up zones and directing others is fantastic to see.

Good post. Yes it's time for Goody to go but we need a complete shake up not just a new coach. I was dead against losing Trac or Clarry but something tells me both need to go. And whoever else is responsible for overseeing the mess we are in without taking action needs to go with them. Problem is I don't think Brad Green or whoever else is steering this ship has the cahunas to make the changes required.

I suspect the club is so rudderless it has nobody capable to call it. We have zero leadership on and even less off the field. It needs to be done now but I would think after losses to Freo and The Tiges at the G, someone has to stand up and make the call.

Been saying it since round 1 doc. Seems only Simon knows. The players either don't understand it, can't execute it or are not playing for the coach. It is likely all 3 of those reasons. Very sad situation we find ourselves in, what a disaster it's been since the flag.

I don't think I've ever seen 2 KPPs as badly out of form as Petty and Roo. Aside from that, we are a shell of the team we used to be.

Hawks have won 16 of last 18 games. Far from fragile sadly Goffy. They are also damn good to watch as hard as that is to say out loud.

I would love for this to be our game plan Macca, the problem is we are not skilled or fit enough to execute it. Currently it's hard to see we've changed anything. We read about the best pre season, the fittest we've looked in years due to the early exit without finals. I can cop the teething problems with new game plans, I can't cop that we looks so far off the pace fitness wise after the best preseason in years, the complete loss of skill and the pizzpoor body language and lack of effort from senior players. These glaring problems have nothing to do with not understanding game plan.

What is the game plan in your opinion Macca? All I see that's changed is chipping in the backline more than ever, leading to indecisiveness, before the inevitable turnover. I honestly don't know what we are trying to achieve?

Haven't seen the game but Pup Brown had 11 tackles. That takes effort and something we are crying out for is some pressure on the ball carrier. I hope he is rewarded. Surely he could be no worse than several blokes that played yesterday
