Yeah it is intriguing. Whilst he was very vocal during matches which is fine, I saw a lot of finger pointing and almost berating by Dunny on any mistakes made in the backline. Not ideal to see this from a leader and it may well have something to do with his demotion !? Very happy with this years group.

I spoke to Liam at the family day....he is a big unit! He says he is fully fit and expects to play at Casey in their prac match.

Yeah it was a great morning at Luna Park. I found all the lads i spoke to with my boys very approachable. Big Max was clearly the most popular. Numbers seemed bigger than i can ever recall down there, i think we may outgrown the venue by next year, i gave up waiting in line to go on the rides such was the crowd size. And yes the membership tents were busy, yesterdays performance was ideal timing id say!

Drove past Goschs this morning and saw 2 blokes doing repetitive sprints with a trainer. One of them I assume is a newby as I did not recognise him, the other was our skipper. No Xmas break for him by the looks of it, was rapt to see it this morning!

I was at the game last night. The atmosphere all night was incredible. The noise when the Cowboys crossed for a try after the final siren was the loudest i have ever heard at any event in my life. In my opinion it is only a matter of a few years until we see a night AFL GF. I have been to about the same amount of GFs for both codes and as a lover of footy we are miles behind the NRL when it comes to Grand Final day. Chisel were awesome by the way.

Thought he was Pretty solid once he got back in the team from injury. No doubting his courage and intensity but still questionable with ball in hand. Whilst im more than happy for him to remain at the club i feel it will be more for leadership than anythiing else as i expect he will struggle to be best 22 within 12 months. Would not surprise to see him traded.

Did enough to get another gig next year. No world beater but will be handy depth player. Very good round 23 !

We can only hope that explains his underwhelming season. Was expecting more from H, hope he can regain some of the rebounding he was known for at Collingwood if his ankles are right!

Was shaping as one of the most improved on our list. Hope he gets a full preseason, will be a very handy player for us next year

I met Anthony and Kelly only a matter of a month or 2 after the affair in remote Far North Qld where i was living at the time. They were clearly trying to escape the world and salvage their relationship. Spoke for 10 minutes or more and i have not met a more likable, humble footballer in my life and could not believe how down to Earth and approachable he was considering what he was going through. Glad he is finally comfortable enough to get off his chest what is still one of the biggest stories in football in the past 25 years and that he seems happy and content with his life and his kids.

Disappointing year. Id prefer Big Fitz in the team to be honest.

The club rate H a lot higher than what the fans do, must play his role week in week out! And Salems result is incredible! A grader in our midst flying under the radar!

Glad Bernie got up actually as i get the feeling we will see J Viney on the trophy many times over the next 10 years!
