This happened to my brother and we had to call the club (1300 DEMONS) and give them an email address to put to the reserved seat. Took them about 3 minutes on the phone to sort it out about 2 hours to appear in the app once we logged out and logged back in. EDIT: Follow billyboys instructions above and if the tickets don't appear in the app, do my instructions If you haven't created a demons account before, use the email you get correspondence from the club to, as that is most likely the account they will have on file for your membership

If anyone else had an issue where the ticket is not appearing in the Melbourne mobile app, you probably don't have an email address linked to your membership (can happen if someone else has bought your ticket) If you give the club a ring, they can help you out connecting it

Because its the same seat as on your plastic membership card, If you don't have a reserved seat you would go through ticketek/ticketmaster
