  1. He’s going to be a great player.
  2. I’ll take Lindsay everyday of the week
  3. There is a game thread
  4. I’m being very loud…..my daughter, now a footy fan thinks I’m almost louder at home than I am at the game.
  5. If we kick this we’re only 17 points down….flattering
  6. We are all at sea.
  7. Headed for a 10 goal whipping. In saying that we’re getting closer to playing well and winning.
  8. Stanley is a very smart inclusion.
  9. Sad
  10. Great that Biklavs is out. I’ll redo my tip Geelong by 54 down to 42 Personally playing Stanley is smart. He’ll bash into Max all night whereas Max held the advantage over Biklavs.
  11. That’s good news. How was Laurie?
  12. Great that Biklavs is out. I’ll redo my tip Geelong by 54 down to 42
  13. Wow, was Fullarton’s game as good as it looks?
  14. We did just get roundly smashed by North and GC, the latter on our home deck which they last won at before they were even invented! They're not Acorns they're hot steaming piles of 💩
  15. One of the reasons Geelong keep attracting players is also because of what you say. They get to play into their 30's and the club keeps injecting quality youth meaning it virtually plays finals every year which gives you the best chance to win a flag. I'm hoping Melbourne have adopted this model.

It was decided we didn't like Durango and if you keep this up we won't like Durango1946.
  17. I find it very interesting that the very players who should be driving standards and leading our club are the ones who've caused our club the most disturbance. Now whether that disturbance was more media beat up than fact they put us in the media's headlights. On the other side to that is the fact that a new game plan takes time to embed in any side and can be frustrating to all especially those used to success. The big question for this group of over fed ego's is can they still fight for a win. Not a close loss but a win. I think the next 6-8 weeks will define how we see these guys long term. I want to see us hunt in packs, run back and forwards hard and get around each other after every goal, tackle, shepherd, gut run, smother, you name it, I want to see a team supporting each other again. I'm annoyed with the senior players and I'll be more annoyed if we get smacked tonight. Geelong by 54.

    0-4
  19. What’s happened to George?
  20. We’re short good kicks and small forwards and players who can tackle. We’ll be better if Spargo finds form.

We don’t need a full rebuild but we may need some fresh eyes. We’ll have a better idea in 6-8 weeks
  22. A ruckman’s role around the ground in a fast transition game isn’t the role he once had. His role is to win taps and give our mids first use. He then is used to cover holes to limit the run of our opponents.
  23. Don’t be scared of Tasmania taking all the picks. They’ll trade plenty, that’s an opportunity for us not a hindrance
  24. Not if it’s a Brock McLean draft
  25. If and it’s still an if we’re watching the end of May, which I suspect we are, we need to get games into Adam’s. Our defence is still sound albeit under pressure and not providing great rebound without McVee and Windsor. A defence of Adam’s Petty Howes Windsor Lever McVee Is fine if both Adam’s and Howes develop or are replaced. Adam’s is unknown at AFL level and if he doesn’t make it Turner is currently the replacement leaving us a bit thin up forward unless Jefferson makes it alongside JVR.
