PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 4th February 2026
I get that and I applauded the club for helping Oliver through his issues. However the fact is we’re a small AFL club that in part relies on winning and sponsors if we’re any chance to win another Flag. As a supporter I’m over the tail wagging the dog. Support the club, the coach and your teammates or retire and work on your issues, whatever they may or may not be.

Good to hear you’re handy. I simply cannot believe I thought this then wrote it and then posted it but here we are.

PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 4th February 2026
This club has been surrounded by these stories since 2022. How many chances do you give a guy that’s of little use as a player who can’t act like a pro off the field or even on the field at times? King and co. would be ropeable in my opinion.

2026 COMMUNITY SERIES PRACTICE MATCH
I’ve no idea but I live near Bendigo as does my Tiger Buddy. We’re tossing up a visit.

2026 COMMUNITY SERIES PRACTICE MATCH
I drove past a few weeks ago, it’s looking like a pretty neat small stadium.

The Mars ground is the Ballarat Oval the Dogs use. It’s having work done as well.

Didn’t you make enough out of the McVee defection?- Bailey Humphrey
He may not have come this year but this thread produced some of the best GIF work ever seen on any forum anywhere. Sure a few thought they could pull off the 4 GIF post and failed but there was plenty of truly excellent double and triple GIF work. If he puts his name in the ring again we must stand a chance considering our potential draft hand and cash in cap at year's end.- Training Ground?
If the marketing teams from the State, the AFL or our club can't sell this as a net win for all then I'll come and do it for free. We're talking about building a couple of ovals and an admin/training base on a piece of land that currently is used to employ a mower man.- PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 28th January 2026
I’m stuck in that same period. Still believe those 2 followed by Brayshaw cost us a flag.- The Pain Driving Lever in 2026
He’ll be good this year as long as the ball isn’t on the ground or above his head, for those a player needs to be able to bend and reach. His first reaction to raising his arms is grabbing at his back with his right hand. Add his various other issues and he’s as cooked as a player gets.- The VFL competition
100% of fans would like a VFL curtain raiser that matched the AFL fixture. It’s not rocket science but the excuses of ground wear etc etc stop the rolled gold solution.- Training Ground?
Well you are currently Group 1 Captain.- Training Ground?
Reading this thread there appears 2 groups. The first appears to be a small group of people who have some, what appears to be legitimate information and they remain cautiously optimistic of success. The second group is largely everyone else who thinks this will, or likely already has, crashed and burned. I'm backing Group 1 until they join group 2.- Training Ground?
Shorter distance to the G in the north side- PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 28th January 2026
You’d be fun at parties 😜- Early reports and views on new players
At the end of the day no one will care where he was picked unless of course he’s no good and then it’ll be a good old fashioned Demonland pile on.- PRESEASON TRAINING: Friday 23rd January 2026

What’s the current opinion on Pickett 2.0? Is he about to become the steal of the draft or should I temper my expectations? - Bailey Humphrey
