Kayo is 4K in 2024
DAZN are feuding with the French soccer League at the moment about payments. DAZN, the streaming platform holding rights to broadcast eight out of nine weekly Ligue 1 matches, has recently withheld a portion of its instalment payment to the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP). This decision stems from DAZN's concerns over increasing piracy and the LFP's insufficient support in combating this issue. Consequently, DAZN has paid only half of the €70 million owed for February, withholding the remaining €35 million It's a good things they're getting some Saudi money soon because DAZN is yet to comment but its decision to bring this matter to a head earlier than expected comes only two weeks after it reported a £1.2billion loss for 2023, a result that meant Anglo-Russian businessman Len Blavatnik, its majority shareholder, had to pump in another £665m into the company, taking his overall investment in DAZN to £5.3bn since its launch in 2007.

Training Ground?
Sort of a relevant/irrelevant update ---Melbourne Victory , who like us had issues finding a home ground have made an announcement Committed to a Multi-campus strategy for the Women's, Pre-Academy and Academy programs teams - spread out North/East/South and West. But the Senior men's team are remaining at Gosch's Paddock/AAMI Park for now. Does that mean the Club’s administration will move from AAMI Park? No, our administration and A-League Men’s program are entrenched at our spiritual home, and we see our infrastructure project as only enhancing the access we have as a Club to elite facilities. So they haven't been able to find the perfect bit of land (and they also have no money) it seems they'll likely piggyback of local clubs for the above campuses.

Kayo is 4K in 2024
I've got the Digital Membership with MCC which is $350. But seeing as i'll get ESPN through Disney next year i'll prob look at stopping Kayo when the F1 finishes.. This year that would have saved me $70

So assume it will have ESPN1 and ESPN2 on the Disney platform and then you get a login to the ESPN APP to cast the other live games, this is what I do with Fetch/NHL at present. Curious that they say its staying on Foxtel/Fetch/Kayo etc, wonder how long that will last for. Kayo going up in price and losing content would be an interesting one.

Ed Langdon the (Inside) Midfielder
adds an additional layer of flexibility too if players can play (and know what to do) in multiple roles.

Digital Membership
Cbf looking at every club, but searched 8 of them and they’re all $350, same as us.

Tairon Ah-Mu - No access for Dees NGA Talent
On one hand I think the NGAs are a rort, on the other hand I would like to be on the receiving end of said rort. Hopefully we have a word with them and gain access to Tairon

Kozzy Homesick & Wants to Leave?
I think that might be wishful thinking but i like it nonetheless. Murphy Reid still be worth keeping an eye on though. Melbourne lad, pick 17 in last year's draft. Could form part of the haul in return.

Farewell Adam Tomlinson

As in Murphy Reid? Bring him home and some other pointy end picks?- Kozzy Homesick & Wants to Leave?
Its disappointing he's texting this to friends at the Dockers but friends do talk. The leaking to the media part is the troubling part, but we don't know the source. That being said the AFL media need something to write about, only so much 'pre-season write ups' they can do this time of year, they get a slight whiff of something and then 2000 words by lunchtime.- Kozzy Homesick & Wants to Leave?
Always assumed he wouldn't end his career with us and he'd go somewhere when 27 or so, seemingly wishful thinking now- Kayo is 4K in 2024
Miss the days when all I needed was Foxtel and NHL Pass, now if I want to watch the same content as back then I need; Kayo (Footy/Cricket/F1), Optus Sport (EPL, FA cup) , Paramount Plus (A-League), Stan (With add on) (Champions League/Europa League), BeIn Sport (Championship, Serie A, La Liga, League Cup), Fetch/Espn Pass (NHL), AppleTV (With Add on) (MLS). I dont have all of the above as a result. Very interesting space atm, Foxtel/Binge lost WWE to Netflix and HBO seemingly want their own app. Curious to see how DAZN approach the next few years. Optus sport want to sell their rights, The A-League will look to find a new home - They really should hitch their wagon to a streaming services with more games than the occasional Matildas/Socceroos game.- Kayo is 4K in 2024
Is there a timeframe for this? Have that weird Fetch/ESPN Bundle, still upset the NHL stopped their season pass.- Welcome to Demonland: Grill’d
A good get for the Dees AND a sponsor I can easily support, unlike Jaguar aha- Clayton Oliver
Have the cats crossed Clarry’s name off the board?- Welcome to Demonland Matthew Jefferson
How many games are we expecting Melk to play this year?- MFC Nicknames 2025
You should be banned from this thread.- Kayo is 4K in 2024
Stan the one streaming service i don't have. DAZN about to get some more Saudi Money/funding, and theyre fairly football heavy in Europe, hopefully they come into play here.- Max Gawn Suffers Fractured Larynx
Someone did say Mason Cox walked by training the other day.- Christian Petracca
Anyone with a subscription able to post the main points?- Petty Training Down Back?
