  1. McVee lined up on him in the first meeting didn’t he?
  2. Very hard to gauge where the dockers are at this year. Happy to reap the benefits in the interim though

  5. Minor comment not related to the result, this is the 2nd time we've played Geelong in Retro Round and they've worn a special kit, are we ever going to bust out an old-school retro kit ?
  6. Hopefully Brown has a good run for Casey this week. Would like to see him back in asap, would help the small forwards as well.
  7. Yeh not a fan of a small forward being the sub.
  8. We hit the post 3 times in total, pretty sure Kade did it twice cos I was laughing cos i had him to score 2 in my multi.
  9. Did he hit the post once or twice on KBD? Getting closer at least
  10. Yep, he's so good at picking it off the deck and dancing his way towards goal. Don't mind him going for an occasional hanger but a few too many take offs at the moment.
  11. Don't think you can ground Air Pickett, although it would be nice if he actually held one aha
  12. After today it’s clear our target should be… between the big sticks
  13. Caught it from Geelong’s prelim team from 2021
  14. Hopefully we stick with the defensive structure. Was worried the Melbourne chant at the end was going to come back and bite us though lol
  15. Think mods will need to reinforce the profanity filter
  16. Moyes was the wrong man for the united job and it set his managerial career into a downward spiral. Seeing his celebration and raw emotion after winning his first major trophy hit me in the feels a little. Football is about moments and unbridled passion and the Hammers win this morning was in abundance of that.

  18. I grew up going to test cricket with my dad, it was simple if you want to leave your seat you wait for the end of the over. Same thing should apply with the footy, a goal or quarter time (each direction). I did get into an argument with security last summer though, they didn’t like where I was standing and told me I had to get to my seat, I tried explaining the etiquette of waiting until the end of the over but they weren’t having it
  19. I have enjoyed the "post"-covid rule change. I'm not a heavy drinker now by any means, but enjoy being able to sip through a drink or two whilst the game is on and I can watch it live and not on a tv. Definitely a bit of societal/generational shift towards alcohol and drinking culture though. Will be curious to see if it stays. Imagine it will be decided by $ though.
  20. Happy with Chandler in the team for a bit longer, Still ticking over score involvements but agree he is having a patch where he needs to convert more. Kept a close eye on him in the Carlton game, was getting into great positions and often ignored. Either way, leads to the question, Does a small forward work as the sub?
  21. Heard someone advocating trading Salem the other day.
  22. Threat title looked like my cat walked across the keyboard. Love what Judd is bringing to the team, not bad for a rookie selection!
