  2. Given what our track watchers have said, it's a confusing situation (not doubting the intel) Pick 11 in a weak draft which is heavily compromised, not sure I like that. IF he was to be traded, what would a fair trade for us be?
  3. do you think we'd get better sponsorship offers with Bucks at the helms as opposed to Kelly or one of the others from a personal pov (excluding results)
  4. The joys of divorce
  5. The last injury really unfortunate based on all reports - any idea how his rehab is going?
  6. Assume Tassie will get some soft cap concessions, maybe being able to build his own team from scratch AND the extra pay an incentive for Bucks to be a little on the fence right now.
  7. consistent with the last few years at least aha
  8. On his day he was a good cog player, sadly injuries have cruelled him. Long live Spargoat. North a bit of interesting for mine though, i know they need experience but not sure about this one for them
  9. Diabolical, i know some of the figures are disingenuous (like I myself am 3 members) but so many club records and we're floundering.
  10. What are his main flaws? in his last 3 seasons he's averaging 36 goals a season and he's not the main man.
  11. I love football (soccer) transfer news, cos its full of agent fake leaks to try get other teams to do something. Suspect we may well be a pawn here - BUT also interesting juggling act at Saints with some of these deals.
  12. Sestan was an interesting pick up, we kept talking about another AFL Pre-Season for him around this time each year, maybe you're right?
  13. One of those changes surrounds a 22-year-old key forward who struggled to find his feet in 2025 after promising 2023 and 2024 campaigns. “I think they could get aggressive with Jye Amiss,” King told SEN Fireball. “If they’re looking to put one up, I think he’s superfluous to needs. If they could trade that player for another line-breaking mid, that’d be a sound investment I would say.”
  14. i'm definitely in the "wait and see" camp on this change
  15. The group chat turned on me when I said i didn't mind the fact the second Rayner free kick was given. Yes he went down softly, but as others have said hate the fake macho tough guy thing that is in our game. Also if you're an AFL player and your teammate has just given away a silly soft/free kick leading to a goal, maybe don't come in from distance and unnecessarily bump into a opposition player in front of the umpire who gave away the initial free kick.
  16. Adelaide’s statement re the booing last night: “We want members and footy fans to be barracking and passionate however, they should do so respectfully and any behaviour contrary to that is disappointing and not appropriate.” Very weak statement.
  17. The booing last night was disappointing. Football tribalism at its worst, and it brought to mind the time Liverpool fans booed Patrice Evra after he reported being racially abused by one of their players.
  18. Yeh we do not have the collateral as far as i see it (at present)
  19. I do feel a little bad about it, as i try to live by the one club mentality (support all teams) as much as i can
  20. Yeh honestly I would not travel to Casey to watch the team. Would go to Punt, Vic Park or Ikon though.
  21. Once Punt Road is redeveloped, is that an avenue we could explore? I know Richmond would probably be reluctant but at present its not that many games we'd be playing there.
  22. If lever is on the way out, can someone tell me the closest dump to his house, wouldn’t mind some free merch
  23. I like Spargo but know he needs to improve aspects of his game, Imagine the compensation won't be too flash, and we're in a diluted draft anyway. At least he's ticked off the 100 Game father/son option. Matter is complicated by the lack of coach at the moment.
  24. Was sad when we lost BBB as i admired his moral compass, but glad we have another good egg with TC
  25. But it would be box office seeing Tom Morris v Bevo as a Melb coach if we keep having leaks
