could be determined by who were playing during indigenous rounds?

i think he is, i'd love to see us let rivers lose as a kicking runner more than he is atm where he's playing more lockdown coz i think he's got the potential to do a better job than hunt does and then smith can lock down which suits him too

going on the basis of an 8 player turnover per season average comp wide i'd suggest - purely for the exercise and it will be interesting to reflect if my power rankings change by seasons end Oskar Baker (del.) Mitch Brown (ret.) Michael Hibberd (ret.) Jayden Hunt (RFA) Jake Melksham (ret.) Fraser Rosman (del.) Sam Weideman (trd.)
  4. here's hoping for a brown squared AFL forward line friday night
  5. Hore NM Lockhart GWS CWagner Brisbane i think i read i forget now as recent dees connections
  6. finalised but not announced aside from a few tweets from cleary, twomey and the like
  7. as soon as the carlton game finished i said to dad, and posted in the post game thread smith was in our top 4 or 5 on the ground, generally looked hungry in the tackle and combative in the air and i said tomlinson looked like he was protecting his knee when turning or slowing down just a little bit too i rkn this is one of the biggest myths in footy, why? because they look similar? they both wear long sleeves? hunt repeatedly gets run down (strange situation to find yourself in when you're the quickest bloke on the park supposedly) and doesn't necessarily improve langdons game any more than anyone else does, if anything he's more likely to hinder it by taking kicks off him and being a poorer distributer or simply skipping him altogether with his 60m roosts to contest you're wrong dazzle, no one needs to play on hannan isn't this the entire reason why we are tinkering? obviously if we had our best players available then we wouldn't but we dont therefore we must change something so we still have the best side we can out there and clearly jordon is a stronger candidate than turner, dsmith or HBBaker
  8. they go about their normal life as is and if it gets dire then they'll link up
  9. Pass marks for Gawn, Clarry, Lever Question marks on Brown, Jackson, Nibbler and Tommo for a variety of reasons, mostly influence but some more acute like why did brown run underneath every high ball so poorly or if he got hands to it not even look close to hanging on and tommo is clearly not fully trusting on that knee. Serious concerns on Hunt and not sure what's to gain from having baker out there. and melky is so far down the pecking order when really he shouldn't be his build and strengths bring more to the side than chandler and bedford when he's playing well or we're playing as the dominant possession heavy side against bottom 8 sides. Pleasantly surprised by what smith did, i think he'll be there round 1 without rivers and petty. thought trac was unusually quiet particularly in the first half and viney clearly has a bit of covid lung to work off

this was the only rule they should keep, means nothing changes nothing but rewards a good bomb for what it is. harmless fun

jumper numbers at that level are given by size so size 1 is a small and 45 is a 2xl so that's probably why koz had such a low one
  13. super stoked for him, could be a 100 gamer, won't be hard to take a spot off bosenavulagi or josh walker in that back 50 hopefully he gets his body sorted early and can have a real crack at it
  14. players peak when they win flags

    thats hot
  16. get in my belly!!
  17. the only spot we have is for a cat B and i doubt we've got anyone lined up to fill that spot now as we would have already announcd it if we did, so baring a LTI we have the full compliment 36-6-1
  18. think the cats was one that had a look at him
  19. because we had 2 MSD selections to replace LTIs we had to shed 2 extra players off our rookie list in total, so in Nietschke and declase we did that and that had us level with where we were at pre season last year then the jordon upgrade gave us the spot to take Mcvee today. AMW replaces bradtke but we could've kept him on if we'd wanted to as we can have 2B rookies regardless of the rest of our lists make up and we only have 1
  20. idk if this is the one that'll catch on ngl
  21. there's the lockdown defender we've been after
  22. add a judd to the list *JMcV calling that an acronym too, if u linguists disagree... bite me 😆
  23. i'd like to see us take another project player one of Camaniti or Rentsch who can develop for a couple years at casey given the age of Gawn, BBrown, MBrown, TMac, Daw and with Bradtke's delisting it would round off our list nicely. Also was surprised Blayne O'Laughlin didnt get picked up however i do think he looked more impressive than he actually was as he was taking kickouts for SA so got most of his touches as freebies
  24. werridee, i want to duel, first one to type a post in all caps loses...u vs me should u choose to accept. and as i said in another thread id be giving the numbers out 2. Dunstan 21. van Rooyen 22. Woewodin 27. Howes 39. Moniz-Wakefield
  25. if we give JVR #27 we'll have a bit of a big boy union between 25-28, hope they don't get stuck in the corner because that could get quite tight for spaces. for the record my guesses r 2. Dunstan. 21. van Rooyen. 22. Woewodin. 27. Howes. 39. Moniz-Wakefield with all existing players to hold firm
