Good chance for Buckley, PJ and Whelan to get a spot in the seniors. With all of last weeks team not getting the chance to impress, a great game would go along way to senior selection.

Players I will stand up for: I'll pick a fight for all of them. I will usually defend these guys more though as people don't really bag my other favs. Miller (creats a much needed target), Sylvia (he actually is a good player), Morton (I don't care if he is skinny or looks tired, stay out there mate), Neitz (he is the greatest) and Carroll (malinged but does his job really well and plays for the jumper.) Ones I won't defend are: Garland (just doesn't look like he will make it, im hoping he grows some confidence from his first win.) Bode (get off my team) Overall though. I love them all and will defend them to the death, except Bode.

Don't understand why people think Neitz is on big bucks...............

In regards to Yze heard from one of his family members that MFC have told him he will not play again all year but will play round 22 in a farewell game. He has no interest in retiring and why would you. Honestly would you give up over 300k and a last chance to play on the G?

I thought it was premature as well, even though I knew he only does it when 30 seconds is left. Still worried me. He sits front row of the MCC, 2nd level, always in a red jacket. It's a good thing, hopefully it becomes a famous tradition like Joffas golden jacket.

They do, not just an elevation either. We will be down one spot on our senior list. He can be officialy promoted if a retirement happens.

The cheaper membership is the perfect way to start it up with MCC members. As soon as you walk through the turnstiles at the MCC the 40 dollar membership table is infront of you, people walk past and buy one. My mate the other day walked in saw it and said, whats that? I told him he said, yeah I'll buy one. It's quick and easy and is great for an impulse buyer. He doesn't go for MFC but just thought o well a bit of cash and im a member helping another team. Then by the end of the game he was bragging that we won because he became a member, but thats another story.

But Adelaide are not a side we should go against with a backline of 4 talls. If Neitz was playing with that delivery in the 2nd half he would have kicked 6 and we would all be talking about our insperational leader. Just like Robbo, he can't do a thing with the way our midfield has been playing.

Couldn't care less. Saw us get a big win, we need Natanui and the number 1 pre-season draft choice for a number of reasons. I feel like we won our personal premiership. Now I would like us to be competitive only, truely develop some kids.

Agreed. Was a big part of me also cheeriong for Warnock to really become a player, get himself a 1-2 year deal so we can get his brother for the next 10 years.

I wanted Robbo out, but only because I wanted to see what Newton could do on his own. Robbo lifted. Never wanted Miller out, he is still so important, even when he plays crap he creates a target and opens up the field.

Yeah how good is it to see that? Really great that the guys are taking him in as he is so quiet. I saw something that made me very happy last week, was in the city having some lunch at a cafe and a few boys came and had a coffee and sat right near me. Was great Wonaeamirri, Davey, Robbo and Neita. Made me quite pleased to see big guys like Neitz and Robbo including the young guy.

While I can afford it, I will not be going, I will be on annual leave and therefore vacation during that time, and im sorry but I don't think I can justify to the misses why id be getting on a plane back to Melb mid holiday for one night. Sad but to be honest not sure how relevant this would have been to me, while I respect the greats, at my age, I wouldn't really know much about them.

Ouch I claimed this guy too!!! Just check out my signature. Loved him and was so happy we drafted, just knew he would break into the team somehow and thats why he was one of the first selected for my supercoach team. Also argued why he was a better choice for promotion than Valenti. We needed a player like Wonaeamirri at that time and it's proved to be a top choice. Already probably my fav player, just cause I love love love to say his name. WONAEA-FUCKIN-MIRRI!!!!

May as well see what we have before PJ gets back. Jamar wasn't so outstanding that we shouldn't check Meesen out and he didn't really do nothing. Spencer did nothing, Meesen did a little bit. Just think, as it is obvious PJ is the best choice, before he comes back we should try Meesen.

While I love Sylvia, one of my absolute favourites. And while I would love to say, yeah Sylvia is wiked and everytime he gets it im happy. You are ruining plenty of fairly strong arguments of how Sylvia is a good player and making it a total bias Bruce bashing saga. Who like it or not has been our best player this year, and is only now getting into full fitness.

Bit stupid, let him have a game before you right him off. If we draft Rich because of Warnock we are stupid.... Sorry to say, while Rich looks like a gun midfielder, he is just going to be Deledio, Murphy Gibbs..... Great future midfielders. But I would rather the Kruezer, Franklin, Luenburger KPP any day.

Idiocy is the majority on this thread. Why does Warnock deserve to be dropped? He was one of our best on the weekend and everyone says "not ready". He showed more in 1 quarter of footy than Garland ever has. I think it may be Garland who is not ready, and Warnock a chance to become a solid player.
