I personally doubt Robbo will be out..... If he is they will say because of injury but all week Bailey has said that Robbo is a senior player, who made a blunder, Robbo himself knows it was a mistake. There has been no anger even remotely hinted towards Robbo for the mistake.

How is that a cop out? Are you saying Neale Daniher was in essence a bad coach? Because we didn't have a great culture at all, hence why every good year was followed up by a bad one. The new Richmond coach won't get anywhere either, they need to stop the in house fighting, stop blaming everything on the coach and stop acting upon their fans and the media's opinions. The Steve Johnson thing was different, they had a solid core of leaders who gave him a serve and he took it... They had done the same thing with Ablett as well. Both of those players put ego's aside and worked harder and got better. Mitch Morton got given a serve by his coach and spat the dummy, just like he did at West Coast. Richmond have a "blame everyone but the players" mentallity. They need Chris Newman, Richo, Cousins etc to be the ones to help the coach. Leadership groups have a big say these days and what they say directly would affect a player like Morton much more than a coach ever could. To be torn down by a superior isn't something new.... To be torn down by his team mates who are on his level is entirely different.

What was happening was his poor attitude... It was mentioned many time during the time of the trade and in the season leading up to it. Supposedly Morton was seen as arrogant and didn't care about the team and his father often confronted John Worsfold about not giving his son enough game time. Just saying that you can't completely blame Terry Wallace for Morton being a bit of a tool because it seems like he always has been. Speaking of the teams mindset.... I also don't think you can blame Wallace. That mindset was burned into Richmonds club culture long before Wallace came along.

West Coast had many issues with Mitch Morton. He is said to be very arrogant, if it was happening before he even went to the Tigers how is it Terry's fault?

Lets face it.... He was never going to live up to the hype that Demonlands finest gave him. In reality he hasn't done much but is showing he has tremedous skills on a few occasions. Persist with him for another 2 weeks id say. As far as impact goes he probably isn't at Jetta's level right now. But he skills are better than Jetta's so he fits the game plan better. Both these kids need to be rotated, I think right now they are sharing Wona's role until he is back. But it's a really good chance to see what they have got. Especially Jetta who is more of a midfielder than a forward.

Possible ins for me depending on fitness etc Jamar, Jetta, Bennell, Green Possible outs... Dunn, Petterd Switch and match where you please but they are the only possibilities in my opinion...

Yes with the standard "for a rest" line that makes no sense. Cheney, McNamara would definately be chance. Newton and Jetta are also both options and Whelan could be an outside chance.

Not sure what you mean? The club showed great precaution with Robbo by leaving him in the VFL for 4 weeks.... Another team definately would have rushed a player of his calibur back even sooner. Including last weekends game thats 5 weeks of footy under his belt, if he isn't ready now he never will be, and if he isn't ready now he shouldn't have played last week. But he is ready, and as Robbo has said during interviews, he doesn't want to be held back, he doesn't want to think about his injury, he wants to play every game he can as if it was his last.

OUT: MEESE - Injured BATE - Lazy, lazy, lazy..... slow, slow, slow..... predictable, predictable, predictable IN: NEWTON - He did play well for Casey, and he wasn't terrible in his 2 AFL level games this year.... his goal kicking ability is disgraceful!! If he could fix this he will be a good player. JETTA - A few reasons for this..... The major reason is because Subi is a BIG ground, it's going to be a 27 degree day and we need runners. Stefan Martin can pinch hit in the ruck with PJ, lets face facts, we were never going to beat Dean Cox anyway. We need to run out this game, we need pace and smaller players. Also I think it would do wonders for both Bennell and Jetta to go home to WA for this game, it will be great for them to return home and play AFL footy in front of their friends and family.

100% right.... Newton has himself as competition and that is all. But even on the off chance it came down to Newton and Watts, there is every chance one of them could be a CHF, most likely Watts, because in my opinion he will play his career as a CHF. FF is still open at Melbourne.

Out: Bate, ??? In: Cheney, Jetta Not sure who to take out for Jetta, I want to keep Maric due to the fact you can't judge him on 1 game... (although if we did he would never play again). Dunn would be a fair chance to be dropped in my opinion.

Spencer is hurt right now so he won't be back... so PJ for now. Can't believe im saying it but can't wait for Jamar!! haha. Jamar and Meesen would be much much much better than any other combo. I am not a fan of dropping guys like Jetta, Bennell, Bartram or even Newton.... But some people have to make way because Robbo will play, and I beleive Maric will finally get that run you all want so badly... Ins: RUSSELL ROBERTSON - I have always had an extremely love/hate relationship when it comes to Robbo, I have hated him when he tries to do the spectacular and fails, especially when the chest mark would have been enough. I have loved him when he wins us a game off his own boot..... I felt very much the same about Adem Yze last season.... Difference is, Robbo is better than Yze was, always has been. Plus his position is far far far more important and harder to fill. He is an experienced player who knows how to kick goals, he will not be missing and dead easy set shots for goal and is extremely smart with his leads, if the supply is good enough he will kick goals. He kicked 5 in the VFL this week and it's surely time for him to be back. ADDAM MARIC - This months hyped player in the world of Demonland... His perceived importance to the team does seem to be greatly exaggerated but that being said I also rate the kid very highly. His skills are top notch and he has some pace, but I definately question his work rate "without" the ball in his hands. He definately also shows a lack of a defensive side, however from what ive seen he has worked on it a bit through Casey, and if he plays this week it will be a massive massive massive test against a defence that will be running out of the backline fast and skillfully. It's time for this young star to shine, he has all the tools to be a great player for us, most likely in the Milne/Brown role, which we can't complain with. Im very excited to see him play, but perhaps even more excited to see how Demonland reacts when he doesn't kick 6 goals. Outs: MATTHEW BATE - Argh.... Thats all I can really say about Bate. He dissapoints me time and time again.... He is lazy, has shocking awareness and a poor football brain. He is extremely one paced. My major gripe with Bate is that ive seen him play some good footy, but it is so incredibly inconsistent. I think he just needs to work harder. Im not sure about Bate still, I want him to be star but he frustrates the hell out of me. ???? - Take your pick really, not sure how I feel about dropping Newton, mainly because he needs to get some confidence and we need to see if he can kick those all important set shots, because if he kicked straight we may have won on the w/e, he did present quite well all game. PJ.... god I wish but with no Spencer or Jamar we are lost right now. We could drop Jetta... But I love his enthusiasm, he runs his heart out and does the team things, really don't wanna see him dropped yet. Calls to drop Bennell are ridiculous. I rate Bartam, he fights for the ball and is a tremendous stopper. But someone must make way for 'the messiah' in Maric. Im guessing it will be one of Bartram or Jetta, most likely Jetta due to team needs.

Yeah he looks it to you, he might even look it to me... But bottom line is both you and I have no idea if he really is. If he truly is to tired to play footy the selection panel will leave him out. But because none of us know if he really is tired that can't be reason to drop him. All 22 players are probably tired. But what has Jetta actually done wrong to be dropped.

He isn't a FP.... He is a HF/Wingman. Crumbing the forward ball has not really been his job, but if it has been, granted he is failing.

But who cares what he looks like... Neither of us really know if he is tired so it's a non-argument.

But he wants to know why Jetta should be dropped..... and so do I?

Out: Bate, Bartam, Newton In: Robbo, Grimes, Maric Although im not sure if Newton should be dropped.... I still think he needed a solid 5 games in a row at the top level.

Why would they bother putting Robbo in unless he is a serious chance of playing.... God I hope so!!!!!!!
