Not true, block chain transactions are in many cases traceable with the right resources. Additionally, the transaction of coin to fiat is highly traceable (the ATO is all over it these days). 10 years ago it was untraceable, but todays block chain analysis engines have put a stop to that.

I don't have a horse in this race, but I do find it curious that the original premise of crypto currencies was to take the power away from the evil banking corporations, yet ironically the same power has just been shifted to billionaires like Elon Musk who manipulate the markets for personal gain. Human nature will always prevail, regardless of the innovations to counter it.

I'd definitely listen to it

Of course Hardwick wants prior removed, it suits their manic pressure game style perfectly. I actually think this might be one of the dumbest idea's I've ever heard. It only serves to deliver 2 negative outcomes, and no positives ones: Players will be less inclined to take possession of the footy. I envision A-league style tactics would come to the fore. There will be a huge increase in HTB's paid, which can only slow the game down. So much so I think it would start to resemble the NRL with constant stoppages. Back in your box Dimma ...

BB has had 3 runs at it and isn't convincing, why wouldn't you rather see more than a week from the weed? I would like to think we are past the days of bringing key players in for one week only, only to drop them

In the context of 2021, im more thinking about the difference between trac and dusty

And therein lies the key. One can be a star during the season, but until you do it in September and contribute to a flag (or multiple flags), can one really be considered A+?
-
If we won a flag I'd be keen on that 100%

Who knew how fun it was to follow a genuinely good team I don't think I've ever been this into footy

I don’t get the hate for weed in here. For his first game back in a long time I thought he held his own and did a number of really good things. No one comes off an extended period on the sidelines and rips their first game apart. He’ll be better for the run and I still think he is about to surprise a lot of people.

No change please

A clinic. Love how we took the foot off the gas in the last. Percentage doesn’t matter when you never lose a game.
-
Amazing how we never play well against them yet have won the last 5 games with them. Carlton are overrated. Predicting a fairly clinical win today.

Chandler! Love it

Tongue in cheek mate, no malice intended

Love the enthusiasm Hutchy, but all these threads are the equivalent of a meeting that could have just been an email

Not sure about that, 2nd plays 3rd on Saturday night. 1st vs 13th ain't game of the round.
-
Good. Hope they end up walking a mile or two.
-
Hilarious that more than one person in that thread believe they defend better than us

Peak MFCSS indeed. LJ hurts his finger and suddenly we're freaking out about him being homesick and wanting a trade back to WA. Hilarious

Say what you want about his career to date, he clearly has the right tools to become one of the better key forwards and is vital to the longevity of our premiership window. I reckon we're about to the see the best of SW yet ...

not ideal, but really keen to see SW

Weids for sure. His technique is near perfect

The title should be "Goody's ONLY big change of 2021" since you've credited him for playing ANB, and not much else.

Are you able to show me another time Sam has kicked 14 goals in 3 consecutive games in the VFL? If not, the answer to your question is right now. This conversation has been had ad-nauseum, but I'll say it again - key forwards take time to develop. Sam is coming into the what should be the beginning of his prime. Most great forwards don't become great until at least 5 or 6 years in the system. There is an abundance of examples available on this. Tom Hawkins comes to mind, in his first 5 season he was floating around the 20-30 goals a year mark, then kicked 62 in his 6th season. From a list management perspective, are you expecting BB and Tmac to be fully fit and to be our number 1 and 2 key forwards for the next 5 years? Nope, they're too old for that. Even in the immediate term, what other depth do we have for key forwards? Mitch Brown wont be getting a contract next year. You say the reason we got Ben Brown was because Sam was letting down our structures? Is that your inside knowledge talking or just your opinion? It sounds ridiculous to me, because it was pretty clear at the time that we got Ben Brown as the number 1 to play alongside Sam, not Tom. We tried to trade Tmac, remember? Key forwards don't grow on tree's, letting Sam go would be an enormous gamble that I don't think we can afford to make. I don't see the value proposition in any case.
