We will never know what impact that hit on Gus made to our over all team dynamics. The closest summation you can make as to what sort of impact Gus might have made in that game would be his previous finals games for the club. Which to say the least have been fairly impactful to our end results. 3rd best GF day 20 plus possessions crucial slips catch mark and goal at an important moment in the 3rd quarter. His replacement has 2 possessions for 3.5 quarters of football, huge imapct on the game.

Sparrow is a brute of a midfielder who can shrug a tackle and has a penetrating leg on him. Nothing against JJ but he is a very vanilla type midfielder. Wish him nothing but the best at the swans but not against us obviously.

I think this draft just passed we recruited in an area that needed strengthening for quiet some time. Our F50 was in dire need of rejuvenation and the inclusions of McAdam, Billings, Tholstrup and Fullarton to an extent will help give that area of the ground competition for spots. Last years finals series was a cold and brutal reminder of the need for cool heads when presented with goal kicking opportunities. we could never capitalise on our domination in periods of games especially against better opponents, we have had very little depth in our small forward department. Small Forwards seem to do most of the damage these days in front of goal so we went out and drafted for a specific need an area we have neglected since Kozi got drafted. Im confident with this new injection of live wire forwards and cleaner bill of health with our forwards that it will drive us back into GF calculations.

We've strengthened significantly in our forward half for 2024. Hopefully Jefferson comes on leaps and bounds this year and Tommy Fullarton intergrates well and takes his chances. We have a really exciting forward mix now anything is possible even Tmac or BBB might suprises us but i will not hold my breath on that. (Tmac always does well in a end of contract year)

Still developing into his body young Kynan, excellent hands out of traffic, can work on his kicking, tank looks good and can win and find his own ball which is always a good indicator. Might have another Judd Mcvee type development project on our hands. One year to develop down at Casey and another solid pre season in 24 and the world is his oyster. If Kynan has the appetite like his old man, he'll be another great rookie success story for the club.

Dont want to moz the lad, This kid could be anything. Cant wait to mutter the words Tholstrup what grab. Our Forward line is starting to look very, very dangerous with the inclusions of Billings, McAdam and Tholstrup all of a sudden. Going to be a very interesting pre season.

We trained at North Adelaide Football Club before gather round last year. As for where the players im fairly sure they might of stayed at Crown Plaza just off Rundell Street. @WalkingCivilWar were you aware of where the players stayed during gather round?

Would always murder us at every opportunity Sam Reid, If im not mistaken kicked 7 against us and did plenty of damage. Extremely injury prone the lad is unfortunately, do we really need another body that can't stand the rigours of AFL footy?
