The best thing about this is that there is 2 clubs going to be involved in a bidding war. Its good news for us Demon fans, unfortunate that it has come to this but the Dees will recieve the outcome we desire.

The only things in our corner for a deal with Ned and GC are King and Trac. Would like to think that the club would match the Saints dollars and length of term.

Crows have 1 medallist and that is ANB. GC have 1 in Rioli. These players mentioned apart from Rowell have f all medals.

We have to select someone. Chocco made his coaching start in the SANFL with Glenelg and took them to a PF in his 2nd season his coaching record wasn't great to start with. coached in 1993-1994 with a win loss record of 22 wins, 22 losses and a draw. It wasn't fantastic but you have got to start somewhere. Let's get behind Taylor, everyone deserves a chance.

If he doesn't go this off season he never will. Clubs know what they have to pay in terms of salary and draft picks, so we will wait and see the outcome in 3-4 weeks time.

This was a well known trait of his from the Crows. He wasn't one of the better trainers going around. He has the talent to play the game, Im not doubting that at all. I've seen him at full flight. He might have turned a corner at Melb in terms of training standards and encountered bad luck whilst on our list. Unfortunately i don’t think he has the body for the rigours of AFL Football. Happy to be proven wrong but we got hood winked in this particular trade.

Your 💯 right. We couldn't attract a youngish key forward in our pomp years now we are looking at 33 y.o. In saying that he started his career in the AFL later on. He also has the same birthday as me so I'll give him that. 😂 He was 24 y.o making his AFL debut so he would easily have 2 years left in the tank. Not sold on the 3 year deal on the table for him, has to have a performance condition on a 3rd year of a potential deal.

Why not! No more than a 2 year deal. $650-700k a year, he's not worth more than that.

A Gaping hole was exposed with a 37 y.o Pendlebury missing the entire match. Once Pendles and Sidebottom retire its going to hit them very hard.

I brought this same topic up last year. It's like Tanner has vanished into thin air without a trace, not a word whispered in disgust on the air waves. The same thing has happened with the vile verbal abuse of women from Scott and Smith. Just a token mention from the media, if it was and interstate club or smaller Vic club they would have taken them apart. To many prominent people in potlsitions of power exist for the likes of Geel and Coll to ever be exposed and talk back lines to open on these diabolical happenings. Look what they did to Clarry the aholes.

I'll tell you another thing that I liked about Paul Guerra, Brad Green and Steven Smith's decision on our new coach after I pose a question. If the same scenario had presented to previous boards past that Buckley needed until Tuesday next week to make a decision on his future what do you think they would have done and said?
