You would think the club does a deep cleanse of the Footy Dept, Richo, Chocco i.e assistance coaches, medical dept i.e Selwyn, list manager i.e Lamby etc. Fitness at the top of the tree along with ball movement, trading/attracting talent and coach with enough back bone that is strong enough to take back control of elite fitness programs.
