  1. Did they explain why they hated us?
  2. Max is tremendous, but he needs to park the ego sometimes and accept he needs greater assistance from a second/support ruck. He was clearly sore today and going up against two rucks was always going to be an issue for us. Turner getting injured didn't help, as that meant Petty couldn't ruck, but Heath has to be considered next week. I think it is unfair that Culley is being played as a third tall forward when he dominated preseason in the midfield. I think we could use his more mature body as an inside mid to help the likes of Windsor. Bring Melksham in as the third forward if he is fit, or bring in Heath and play him as a forward when he isn't rucking. Release Culley in the midfield. CJ's mistakes by foot are a real worry. I'd love to see Moniz-Wakefield brought in for him. After his criticism last week, I thought Sparrow was a positive today.
  3. Latrelle Pickett in number 33 please #jeffreyjeffreyjeffrey Taylor for number 20
  4. Put simply, he's a left-footed Trent Rivers
  5. I hope we attempted to trade our first pick and gold coast's F1, for one of Richmond's picks and a future second/third. That way we could guarantee getting one of Robey, X Taylor and Cumming. Then use our second pick for Nairn since we are so keen on him. Gold Coast's F1 will be a late teens pick next year anyway.
  6. No. This actually makes me angry at the thought. We are better off backing our current players. Rivers, Windsor, Langford, Sparrow, Lindsay etc. Another Jack Billings type trade. Bugger off Lamb.
  7. This reminds me of the Héritier Lumumba move. Fills a need. Jiath and AMW as our small forward stoppers.
  8. Two left-footed, unrelated Lindsay's in the same team. Brian Taylor wouldn't be able to get his head around it on commentary.
  9. Did Humphrey train with us before he was drafted? Similar to how Langford trained with us before he was drafted
  10. It was reported today that Humphrey's management has told rival clubs of his availability recently. I wouldn't be surprised if this forced our hand with Clayton. We need more draft capital and space in the cap for Humphrey. The only way we get Humphrey to nominate us is if we offer him big dollars and a significant midfield role.
  11. Playing through a dislocated toe injury
  12. I think they'll be upgrades to Langford and Lindsay Langford to #9 Lindsay to #1
  13. We haven't used up the salary cap relief from Grundy leaving or Angus Brayshaw's retirement I think we are fine salary cap wise.
  14. Is it me or is the commentary on the afl live stream very biased towards Frankston?
  15. I am not sure how Selwyn will take these comments from Clayton: “They’ve got Darren Burgess in charge of their strength and conditioning who was at Melbourne. “He came to Melbourne when we obviously didn’t play finals, finishing 17th in in 2019 and ninth in 2020 when he came. “Then we won the flag the next year, and then he left and we bowed out in two straight finals and it’s gone downhill since. “That man is amazing.” The best team in the finals, according to OliverThe Demons star has made his pick.
  16. Caro is a mouthpiece for Brendon Gale and the Tasmania Devils. Wilson is pushing the Tasmania agenda as a favour to her Richmond buddy. She has been doing so for the last few weeks. Look at all the articles and "stories" she's been running to paint a poor picture of the Dees both in the paper and on TV.
  17. Bailey Laurie This was the game that changed his career
  18. Spotted (30 Aug 2025): Brad Green and John Kanga (Melbourne Racing Club Chairman) are currently at Caulfield Racecourse in deep conversation.
  19. Viney's decision making is so costly. I hope Windsor's hammy isn't bad. Adams showed good signs. Bowey forward was interesting. His precise kicking stood out.
  20. Jed Adams to debut this week
  21. I'd hire Nathan Buckley just to [censored] Eddie McGuire off.
  22. I think Lever's knee injury from the last quarter is worse than what we realise. Hope it is not the worst news.
  23. Bit of alliteration too. Credit to him.
  24. His Open Mike episode is terrific. So honest. Rest in peace.
  25. Jared Rivers is the Backline coach at the Saints
