He rated Oscar Baker as a B grade player amongst players such as Grundy, Langdon, Pickett and Fritsch He also says that he expected us to offload some players for salary cap relief to bring Grundy in, and suggested Ed Langdon as one of the players we could/should have offloaded. I totally agree. Blake Caracalla was instrumental for Richmond turning themselves around, especially in regards to their forward half game. Also has experience of working under Thompson and Chris Scott at the Cats from 09-11, and Malthouse from 06-09. Would be a great replacement for Yze, or even becoming our forwards coach, allowing Stafford to take the ruck/mids. Surely we ask the question.......
