Another great game to watch I felt that we were playing well enough to win but nothing to get us up on our feet apart from the goals and great defence. We were baffled by the umpires decisions or lack there of no feel for the game and becoming hedonistic. AFL need to take action to remedy this BS. Then third quarter starts and the boys move up to third and fourth gear really exploited GWS weaknesses and kicked 10 fabulous goals for the quarter each one by a different player. Team work was sublime, then in the last content to slow the game down again and maintain our lead. So enjoyable to watch and be at the ground only 20K but very loud supporters. Go Dees.!!!!

Fully agree Pates that was their best podcast so far, Mark Williams what a great man to have at Our Club looking after our youngsters. What an incredible and interesting life he has had and such a clear memory and recall. Interesting also that the Brayshaw and Williams family were entwined at Port.!!

Glad that Petty is back, Lever loves how he plays and at 197cm he has the size and pace to cover most forwards.!!

I am sorry that Gil is stepping down his exceptional management skills during Covid definitely helped us to achieve Premiership Glory in Perth in 2021 and for that I will be eternally grateful. Thanks Gil job well done.❤️💙💕

Interesting stats for Joel Smith DD I guess it depends on GWS forward line but reinforces our opinion that Joel is playing pretty good footy.

Paulo if Van Rooyen is really only 193cm (6.4) then he would be considered medium in todays terms, Howes is 191cm (6.3) could be another not sure who else could fill the bill.

It was a hard game to sit through we were sitting on the wrong wing and didn’t get to see much action up close. We were lethargic and made a lot of errors whereas they made every opportunity stick. Looking forward to a good win and seeing Max show Preuss who’s the boss.

I enjoy the discussion on our youngsters as I don’t get to see them live, Bedford, Chandler, Laurie and Baker have all been impacted by Covid and our newbies are only 2 games into their potential careers. I am also curious why we aren’t seeing any big numbers from the kids even though we are winning games, are they being coached more as role players rather than accumulators and could this be effecting Dunstan as well??

I usually enjoy watching the replay but have only watched the last 10 minutes of the second a couple of times. Still trying to figure out what is going on with Clarry and Tracc?? Our forwards had a very crowded work place which allowed us to set up outside 50 with great effect. Strange game from Port.

That game left me exhausted and even though it was really hard to watch we were never in doubt at any stage. It appeared that the coaches were trying a few things out last night which was a bit frustrating and our forward entries were really shizenhousen. Still to keep them to one goal for 3 quarters was pretty unusual.✅✅

I listened in last night, that was a great interview Demonland Adem answered as candidly as possible and seemed to enjoy the interview he is articulate but humble. I hope that he stays with us for as long as possible. He is doing a great job up in the Box and our midfield group have continued to improve under his guidance. Adem is one of my all time favourites as is The Wiz and Neita. Top interview.!!!
