We were all getting a bit anxious when Bont kicked that goal to put them 19 points up, I took the dog out the back for toilet break, I heard a roar and when I got back inside Fritta had kicked out sixth. My grandson (7yo) said grandad take Bella outside again which I did and bang Fritta kicked our 7th, I laughingly said I am going back outside and BBB kicked our 8th. We all laughed and I didn’t go outside again.!!!

To be honest CBF the Pies had a number of Maverick’s in their side who partied long and hard. Our boys have come back in ripping Nick I know that doesn’t guarantee success but we start pre season fresh and our coaches won’t allow any big headedness within the group. I was also happy to see us training with footballs day one.!!!

That LJ is awesome and so is Blake Howes handled it like a pro. Would love to see a post draft interview with LJ and Blake.👍❤️💙

My wife and I just watched the last 35 minutes propped up in bed with a coffee and thoroughly enjoyed those 16 magnificent goals. We are getting a bit picky now Tracc, Gus and Max should have nailed their shots. Lol!!💕❤️💙

Sorry It has already been to Ballarat. Fortunately for me the Club has made it available for a further three days at the MCG Museum 18th -20th December and I have secured 6 tickets on Sunday 19th for my wife, daughter, daughter - in-law and two Grandkids to get a photo with the Cup. I received an email from the club saying that the Cup would be on show at the afl museum on 18 - 20th December for those that missed out.? At the G members freebut must book.

I put the game on at 11:00 so I am in sync with everybody at the G, will prob turn the sound off during the second.!!

It is truely a wonderous feeling l i t d so much more than I ever imagined, I turned the game on at 11.00 so that I will be in sync with the celebrations at the G.

Totally agree bush demon on top of all the other thoughts on why we won it, out gritty season captured the imagination of the football world topped of by our come from behind final game and Max’s goal after the siren. It seemed like the greater majority of supporters fell in behind the Demon bandwagon. Watching the Prelim final and Granny in Perth you could easily believe we were playing in front of a massive home crowd and as previously mentioned the conditions were perfect for our brand of footy.!!!

Jeezus first game of the season against the top two sides at the G, we asked for it we got it, we will be there to see the unfurling of our much sort after Premiership Flag after 57 years in the wilderness.
