I can't disagree with any of the above posts, I enjoy reading well thought out scenario's, some of our Locks will continue to improve and unfortunately some will fade for what ever reason. However I am starting to feel Cocker - hoop that we now have the right mix of players to be able to cover all our possible needs, just need the coaches to be a bit daring at different times during the year and in games........!!

After 2018 I would be stoked if we hit 55K in 2020 and then continued to increase as we become a better more reliable team - Go Dee's.....................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS( we have renewed our three Red Legs memberships for 2020)

1 - We end up 4th (15 - 7) 2 - Weed kicks 40, TMac 45 3 - Max, Oliver, May, Lever & Tracc - AA 4 - Oliver 4th in Brownlow 5 - Make it to the Prelim (can't quite see the result as I am on a cruise somewhere in the Pacific) 6 - JV, Gus,Harmse, Sparrow & JJ all go up a notch 7 - Langdon, Tomlinson & Brown all earn their coin and help make us a better team (can't make out KK or Bennell???) Jackson, Kozzy, Rivers and a few others show their wares at Casey keeping Casey at the top of the ladder before being injected into the Ones. Coach and team still hanging in there..............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IMO Brown replaces Pedo and Langdon replaces Vince, two players that we sorely missed in 2019, hopefully we have learned that you cannot fill holes with kids!!

I don't usually get emotionally involved in "picks" but I will be very, very disappointed if we don't take Young with pick 3, he in my opinion and plenty of others on here is what the Dee's are crying out for off the half back line.........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Young and Weightman for

Dunkley & Lockhart could both be "diamonds in the rough", both came in without a pre-season and played AFL footy, every AFL loving kid's dream come true.

To scared of making mistakes, when he runs to space and hits up a target he looks ok and seems to have a good motor needs to block and scrag more if and when he gets the opportunity, he’s also not a bad size at 189 cm.

He certainly showed a lot against Freo, a good pre-season and watch out. I have him a lock for forward pocket. Well done Jay...!!!!

Corey showed that he can play at this level and adds good depth to the team, I hope that he has a great 2020 whether at Dee's or Casey.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nev is one of those players that just got Better and better the longer he played. Let’s hope that he has a couple more years in him as he is now one of our best. Well done Neville Jetta....!!!???
