I thought I wanted Prestia at the right price, but honestly found this to be comforting news. I'm not keen to hitch our star (salary-wise at least) to an injury riddled star, when it's still unclear if he'll ever be able reach his former heights.

Depends on how their salary structure works. They may only have $350-400K in their midfield budget, but $700K in their tall defender budget. These structures would be necessary, otherwise you could find yourself with a midfield of stars, but a forward line of Tyrone Vickery and Jesse White. With some sort of flexibility, of course.

Agree, but it's a huge qualifier. I'm somewhat heartened by the general consensus that injuries have been sorely mismanaged at GCS, but it's still a decent risk.

He reminds me of Chance Bateman. I don't think he'll ever be more than depth for us, but good luck to him.

Agree. You can see it unfolding before your eyes: quick obvious option ignored out of caution or simply unseen... wheel back to settle and look for a "good" option... none available... waiting for the never-coming perfect option as opposition defensive structures plug gaps... inevitable turnover.

I'm not talking using Oscar over Dunn. ANB deserves his shot too, as a young prospect performing at VFL level.
