  1. Watch out for Goy Lok this year mate. 190cm quick midfielder who has a raking left foot. Huge upside. Loved the Smith Hanger.
  2. Great News. Fifteen minutes of fame enough for unlucky Dee
  3. Out of contract at the end of the year. Needs to be re-signed asap.
  4. Andrew your overrating Levers skills here. While he is an outstanding talent the games i have watched he is prone to turn it over by foot. Crow fans will say that of its one thing he needs to work on its his disposal by foot. And i tend to disagree that midfielder arr easier to find then KPDs.. Both Mac brother pick 53 and are set for 10 year long careers. Mitch McGovern who is one of the best intercept defender in the comp was a rookie listed player. Top 10 draft pick midfielders are hard to find. Especially when your drafting guys like Toumpas Morton O' Rourke Aish. Brayshaw ceiling is much higher then Lever. You can have an average backline and still win a flag. Just ask the westerteen bulldogs. What won them the game was their superior and competitive midfield. They have about 8 quality players that run through the midfield. Brayshaw with 50 games next to his game will really start to impact games and show his true value. 188cm 87kg midfielders like Gus aren't easy to find.
  5. He wont leave WA. His brother will be playing with him next year.
  6. George Horlin Smith is a confirmed out for the cats with a thumb injury.
  7. Wow.. Brayshaw for Lever!? April fools right???
  8. I get really frustrated with Oscar but he was good last week. Couldn't fault him one bit. I feel that when he keeps his game simple he plays well and that gives him confidence. We are going to get games where he will be shaky and cost us goals but i have no doubt Goody and Macca would not be worried in the slightest as he is doing his job nullifying his opponent and sticking to his task. Im use to him now being in our best 22 and i think some need to realize that as well. isn't he in the top 10 in the AFL for 1%??
  9. Absolutely we can win this! The Cats aren't as strong as what they have been the last few years. Shut down both Selwood and Danger and your close to beating them. They have lost Bartel and Enright who was important contributers last year so there definitely lack that voice and experience down back. Dont underestimate Lonergan and Taylor as they are very calm experienced duo. Their backs are all pretty slow so a big opportunity to really expose them here with Garlett Hannan and potentially Kent. In their midfield other then Danger and Selwood its a hugee drop. Guthrie hasn't played last 2 games due to a calf complaint and when hes up and running his hard running is quite damaging. I can't see him playing and i hope he doesn't. Again, Perfect opportunity for the likes of Oliver Tyson Viney Jones Petracca and Brayshaw to really get on top here. Their forwards worry me here. Hawkins Menzel and Motlop can be damaging when on song so we really need to tighten up this week. Huge task for Tom McDonald. If he can nullify Hawkins with the mids putting enough pressure up field then thats where i can see us winning the game. I have so much confidence in Jetta stopping Motlop and maybe Hunt has to go with Menzel to curb his influence. I think the theme for this week will go for the quicker more agile forward line. Kent comes in for ANB and Tim Smith for Hogan. If anyone has watch Smith you will know that he puts on enormous forward pressure on the defenders and thats why he is call Bull because he tackles to hurt. What Jack Watts and Hogan lack in defensive pressure this bloke makes up for it. His 26 and has X factor. Quick on the lead and so incredibly strong one on one. Big opportunity here.
  10. Chris Scott is like Ross Lyon. Has no idea how to rebuild a list and instead tries to quick fix the issue through recruiting plodders. I read somewhere that its potentially going to cost North two 1st rounders for Josh Kelly. In their position i see that as a HUGE risk.
  11. Forget Fyfe i think a bigger target for us would be Steven May.
  12. Il be extra picky and go.. Colin Garland (knee) – seasonJoel Smith (shoulder) – 3-4 monthsPat McKenna (hamstring) – 6-8 weeksAaron vandenBerg (heel) – 6-8 weeksMitch King (knee) – 3 weeksMichael Hibberd (Achilles) – 1-2 weeksLiam Hulett (hip) – 1 week
  13. Against Rance? Doubt it.
  14. Its Official. Both Hogan and Lewis have accepted their penalties. Move on now.
  15. Dont think so. Dont think we should anyway.
  16. I saw his game Thursday but Merrett and Wines were a step above.
  17. No Zac Merrett, Ollie Wines or Clayton Oliver yet they have Trent Cotchin as the starting rover? Would have to be the most overrated player in the competition is Cotchin. Im amazed how much football love thise bloke gets.
  18. Jake Leve comes out of contract at the end of this year and is yet to resign so far.
  19. Mate that was done 5 mins after the game. Obviously going to be different now with Hogan and Lewis gone.
  20. Would Tim Smith or Jake Spencer be the alternative for Hogan?
  21. With reports now coming through that Cripps copped a fractured jaw then no doubt Lewis deserved his wack. Lets cop our medicine and move on. Pretty bloody [censored] off but so be it whinging won't change anything. [censored] its annoying losing key players to silly suspensions!
  22. Its obvious that Pedersen comes in. Plaus the ruck role alot better then Watts which then forces him to a forward role full time.
  23. Our so called improved depth will now get tested. Trengove Bugg Kent Pedersen Kennedy will be pushing their case over the next couple of weeks.
