  1. I have always said right from the start that i think Hogan will leave to go home eventually in the future. He loves Perth and is close to his family. His father is also pretty ill and i know thats affected him this year. BUT people need to relax because him going home during the year is something the Football club has been doing since 2013. They do this to all our interstate boys. Club has been a big advocate on this hence why we rarely lose any interstate players to the 'Go home factor' The Anzac long weekend the club sent Oliver back to Mooroopna to spend it with his folks.
  2. Ok im moving on. Jay Clark article just came out http://www.heraldsun.com.au/subscribe/news/1/index.html?sourceCode=HSWEB_WRE170_a&mode=premium&dest=http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/jesse-hogans-decisionmaking-process-wont-be-about-money-but-rather-where-melbourne-is-headed/news-story/754418d8aee7b2e9f8c12f0b9f6e2ab7&memtype=registered
  3. Hahaha he didn't predict the Tyson one or Mitch one at all. First of all after the Essendon debacle in 2013 someone else mentioned on here that the club and AFL was straight into Roos about coaching. Media also started to hear whispers and ran with it and from there on it grew. GNF only came in after he had already grown legs. And to prove about the Dom Tyson prediction Demon3 was the very first one on here who predicted this on 10 of September 2013. 4. I still laugh that people get sucked in by GNF and believe a word he says. Give us another riddle you peanut.
  5. I i will put my fist through a glass window if he leaves this year or next. He has potentially to be the first ever melbourne player to kick 100 goals a year and i want to witness that when he is wearing red and blue. Do everything in its power to keep him. Offer him whatever it takes.
  6. Mark Stevens โ€@Stevo7AFL 44m44 minutes ago Nothing to worry about at all with Jesse Hogan's finger. He's a lock for this week
  7. Absolute star. Give him what he wants.
  8. Heard this too. Ross hasn't been impressed with the way he has gone about things with GWS.

Absolutely.. Still a very important member of the team. With out new fast quick game plan his kicking becomes very important now.
  10. Maybe some sort of welfare role with him and Tammy that look after newnrecruits from interstate/country. Bit like what the Lamberts did at GWS and nor Brisbane. They could all bunk at his mansion.
  11. Wonder if we could use Roosy like how Essendon with Sheedy right now? Alot of marketing and promotional stuff.
  12. Roosy on 3aw mentioned that he would still like a part time role at the club after he finishes but obviously thats not the main focus now.
  13. I still laugh about last year against Adelaide when he completely ragdoll a crow player and just literally grabbed and threw him out of the pack with such ease. He is living up to his name.
  14. For not only saving this club from turmoil but bringing back the fun and enjoyment in what its actually like to support a real AFL club now. They preached patience that it was going to take time but the rewards would be there Not only did we just smash out all time membership record we are now starting to put on a consistent performance each week. It is exciting and i have self belief that we are finally set for the next couple of years with some success. These two will be forever indebted to the Melbourne Football club for the mountain of hardwork thats been put in and we are now starting to hopefully see the rewards. I should also note the development team led Brendan McCartney. To see players like Gawn and Viney borderline elite is something this side hasn't had since probably the Lyon Flower days.. Its a good time to be a Melbourne supporter.

    Matthew Whelan jnr
  16. Does Wayne Carey deserve a pat for this? No coincidence that after the that meeting something has clicked for him.
  17. Well its 2016 now not 2014. Things have changed in his life. We don't know whats currently going through his head compared to 2014 when he hadn't played a single game.
  18. There is another Perth club you know.
  19. How is this any different. I laugh at people that have a crack at others for saying what realistically could potentially happen in the next couple of years. Langdon is very good friends with Hogans manager so i have no doubt that maybe he has some information from them. Just because he is still contracted for another year doesn't that can stop him from asking for a trade.
  20. Great news. Maybe take the Weid with him too!
  21. Personally i think he is gone. Whether its this year or 2017 either way i just think his heart is set back at being home. Whats interesting is that if he does go it would want to be one hell of a compensation trade!
  22. Really? Any reason why? Then again alot of those players were just disgruntled at the time and im now guessing most are all gone.
  23. Makes you wonder where Pedo sits amongst the playing group. Never see him gettibg amonst the banter between the players on social media or any social activities. Personally see him as bit of a loner but who knows You can only judge on what you see though.
