Hard to know all the facts but you wouldn’t treat the most successful coach of the clubs era in this way ... you back your team mates & this is how u build culture!

Petracca has talent & strength & just needs to get his aerobic capacity right to help with 2nd & 3rd efforts .. I’ve posted our fitness & conditioning this year is not tight too many players look fatigued vs last year ..

For a so called leader to turn up so underdone which has resulted in his current injury is a disgrace & if true should be docked of his match payments! Basically traded a gun forward not without his own issues for another lazy Defender! One questions were was the monitoring from our fitness people to ensure he met KPIs upon his return??

Won plenty of games inc 2 finals without all those players, goes deeper than that & still question our culture & what shape did the non injured players turn up for this season

Crows finished on top 2017 & lost the GF 2018 was a disaster with internal issues the cause resulting in finishing 12th Bottom line is you need all facets of the club going right to continue success & it appears we once again have succumbed to them. Players have clearly turned up in poor shape which is what Roos has eluded & along with extensive injury list has exposed the cracks. The misery continues 55 years strong!

Petracca needs a rocket up his rear end .. looks like has a poor engine & question his fitness . No second effort & cant hold tackles which goes back to fitness .. Hunt strength was running out of defence with his speed but his kicking lets him down .. is not a forward

Questions need to answered on our player culture & leadrship in just 6 months they have unraveled why??? Would love to see what their running times & skin folds were??? Trying to play fancy footy & doing silly low % handballs , handing the ball back to Richmond. Just another disaster in the history of the MFC..

Roos comments on players coming back into pre season who didn’t have operations were underdone is very concerning if true . The culture needs to be questioned that making a prelim was enough for them .. I back Roos as I’m sure he has strong contacts with players & no doubt are talking!

Goodwin needs to respond to this as the culture of this club is been questioned along with the leaders & coaching staff
